INFORMATION

The undersigned accuses Juris P. Gecko of the crime of Slight


Physical Injuries, defined and penalized under Article 266, paragraph 1, of
the Revised Penal Code, committed as follows:

That on February 18, 2017 at about 7:00 in the evening,


within the jurisdiction of this court, the accused did, then and
there, willfully and feloniously attack, and use personal
violence upon one Joben S. Dito by then and there throwing a
stone to the latters head, and thereafter punching and kicking
him, which caused the injury of the said Joben S. Dito for 9
days, and incapacitated him from performing his usual function
as a student for the same period of time.

Contrary to law.

investigation in this case in accordance with the provisions of the
Presidential Decree No. 911, promulgated March 23, 2976 in relation to
Rule 112, 2000 Rules on Criminal Procedure, and have personally examined
the statements of the complainant and witnesses, and that on the basis of
their sworn statements and other evidence submitted, there is reasonable
ground to believe that a crime has been committed and that the accused is
probably guilty of the offense charged.

I likewise certify under oath that the accused was informed of the
complaint and of the evidence submitted against him and that he was given
an opportunity to submit controverting evidence.
