ACTIVITY NAME: FABRICA HIGH SCHOOL TREE PLANTING

ACTIVITY DATE: DECEMBER 09-, 2015

ACTIVITY VENUE: FABRICA ZONE 3 AND 4, BULA, CAM,SUR

I. RATIONALE:

Due to rampant results of flooding in Fabrica High School vicinities, and being included
in the low lying areas, and not to mention the scorching effect of the sun due to global warming,
the YES-O as an school organization takes charge for one day activity of TREE PLANTING and
with the collaboration of all teachers in the school . This activity will wish to ensure and
promote the students awareness for the love of nature. For these reason students volunteer to
bring a seedlings. And with the utmost cooperation of DENR as it provided the mangoes,
guyabanoes seedlings for sure this activity will be an another success event of the school.

II. OBJECTIVES: Teachers and students should develop the following.

1. Take part in the conduct of natures safe keeping.

2. Participate actively in the activity.
3. Develop the sense of camaraderie.
4. Be responsible citizens by taking care of the trees or plants in the inside or outside
environment.
5. Be vigilant for the protection of the environment.

III. PROJECT TO BE MADE

TREE PLANTING.

IV.IMPORTANCE OF THE PROJECT

Trees purifies the air we breathe, prevent soil erosions, the life giver so encouragement of
tree planting will be 100% possible.

V.SCOPE:
1.The said activity will be participated by all grade levels in Fabrica High School.
With the cooperation of the School head, class adviser, barangay officials and stake
holders within the community will be asked.
2.The said activity will be conducted every school year for the month of August or December
once or twice a year, in the school vicinity or in a selected zone in the Barangay.

ACTIVITY NAME: FABRICA HIGH SCHOOL YES-O RABUS

ACTIVITY DATE: JULY 15, Nov.14, 2015-- FEBRUARY 10-, 2016

ACTIVITY VENUE: FABRICA HIGH SCHOOL, BULA, CAMARINES SUR

RATIONALE:

School as the window of the community must be properly cleaned and conducive
for learning not only inside the classroom but outside the classroom and its vicinity. Therefore,
the school cleanliness or the environment should be properly monitored by the school personnel,
teachers of every department headed by the school Principal with the collaboration of
responsible students of different organizations.
In this regard the YES-O or Youth for Environment and School Organization has a
big responsibility as a leader of the youth for motivating their co students to participate for
improving the ambiance of the atmosphere in the school. Enhance the sanitation of the school,
and the personal hygiene of the students, in dealing with the garbages, inside the school
compound, trimming the grasses, fixing the gulayan sa Paaralan and the medicinal area . It is
important therefore to mandate the school activities handled by this organization, at least 2 or 3
times. There should be Classes Rabus of different organizations of the school, headed only by
this YES-Organization.

OBJECTIVES: Teachers and students should develop the following.

2.The said activity will be conducted every school year in the month of July or Nov, 2015 to
February 2016.

RATIONALE:

The school organization has taken charge a big part of the school activities, with the
help of different classes under the organization there should be a systematic flow of the
occasions for every subjects on which organizations belong. Every year School organization was
so busy preparing for the event sponsored for every subject handled of one teacher. That is in this
regard the Science and Math organization to minimize the number of activities in the school,
jointly conducted a simple occasion, but develops the awareness and competition skills of the
students in a subject matter. It is imperative therefore that the Science and Math Teacher plan
the activities related ahead and wisely.

OBJECTIVES: Students should develop the following.

1. Improve the participation skills in Science and Mathematics subject.

2. Take part in the challenge of the activity.
3. Participate actively in the event they want to choose.
4. Develop the sense of camaraderie.
5. Appreciate the importance of the subject.
6. Apply the importance of subject matter in daily living.

SCOPE:
