Dinesh Agarwal agrees to serve as the team leader for NIT Jalandhar's participation in the e-Yantra Robotics Competition. As team leader, he agrees to obtain a No Objection Certificate from NIT Jalandhar within a week, notify organizers within 2 days of any team changes, serve as the main point of contact between the team and organizers, ensure NIT Jalandhar provides the agreed upon space and support, take full responsibility for the robot during the competition, and return the robot and accessories to NIT Jalandhar after the competition.

Terms of agreement with the team leader

(To be signed by students who are chosen as team leaders)

I, Dinesh Agarwal, student of NIT Jalandhar, participating as a team leader, in the


e-Yantra Robotics Competition conducted by the e-Yantra project of IIT Bombay, agrees to
take the following responsibilities:

1. Arrange for a No Objection Certificate from NIT Jalandhar and submit it to the e-
Yantra team within one week of the start of the competition.
2. Bring to notice of the organizers any change in the team with respect to
participation and roles within 2 days of the change having been made.
3. Be a one-point contact for all communications between the team and the organizers,
including reporting issues and uploading documents etc.
4. Ensure that NIT Jalandhar will provide the space and the necessary support (as
agreed to by the college in the NOC).
5. Take full responsibility of the robot and ensure its proper handling. After the
competition I shall hand it over to NIT Jalandhar along with all the accessories.
