Post Structuralism Elective

This document outlines electives in post structuralism, including a discussion of Foucault's concepts of biopower, genealogy, and how power relations are typically analyzed from the perspective of institutions rather than examining how institutions are shaped by power relations. It notes that biopower requires a lack of freedom and autonomy, and can only exist where people have social interaction and the potential for one person's actions to impact another's freedom.
