 3D InCertA, having its head office in Istanbul/ Turkey, is an
organization which is established with the purpose of serving its
clients in Power, Oil&Gas and Manufacturing Industries with Testing,
Inspection, Expediting and Project Management services.

3D InCertA has a highly qualified team of

and Designers who have accomplished major
industrial projects within Turkey and also

 Our company, founded at 2006 in Istanbul, has quickly become the
choice of the Manufacturers, Construction and Assembly Companies
and Enterprises in Industries such as Power, Oil&Gas and Chemical
Industry.

3D InCertA always improves the

competency and the qualification of

3D InCertA is specialized in Inspection and Certification according to

Codes & Standards such as ASME Nuclear and Non-Nuclear Codes,
EN&ISO Standards, API&AWS Standards and the reference
subjects such as Fabrication, Mechanical Design Review, Material
Science, Welding, and NDT.

 5 ASME Authorized Inspectors serve our clientsin Turkey and abroad.
3 of them are also ASME Authorized Nuclear Inspectors and 2 of them
are ASME Supervisors.

ASME AIA services have been rendered at

26 ASME Stamp Holder companies in
Turkey. This means 60 % of the entire Non
Nuclear AIA Services in Turkey are
performed by our Authorized Inspectors.

The only Nuclear Stamp Holder in Turkey

works with us since 2006. Therefore, our
ASME Authorized Nuclear Inspectors hold
the only ASME Nuclear Certification
experience in Turkey.

 Our personnel has performed Power Plant Certification not only in
Turkey, but also in UK, Spain, Portugal, Egypt, Dubai and Russia.

We took part in the certification of the first stamp holder company of

Azerbaijan for ASME Non-Nuclear Certification and ASME S Stamping of
CCPP Projects in Sumgait/Azerbaijan, Yajva/Russia, Deir Ali/Syria,
Sulaymaniyah/Iraq and Erbil/Iraq (ENKA Project).

 3D InCertA has been assigned as a Notified Body under 97/23/EC
Pressure Equipment Directive for the following Conformity

 Within 3D InCertA personnel, 15 inspectors have been
assigned as PED NoBo Inspectors and also 2 inspectors
are qualified as TPED/ADR inspectors. Additionally, 2 of
our personnel have been assigned as CPR
(305/2011/EEC) Auditors as well as EN 1090-1 FPC
Audits .

We have performed NoBo Inspection and Certification of

HRSG Boilers and CCPP Projects in Pego/Portugal and
Malaga/Spain, Mongstad/Norway, Fos-sur-Mer/France,
Modugno/Italy, Plymouth/UK and Manchester/UK.

3D InCertA has also been assigned as System 2+ Factory Production Control

Notified Body under 305/2011/EEC Construction Products Regulation for EN
1090-1 Certification of the Manufacturers.

 3D InCertA has been awarded to perform certifications of 8 LPG spherical
tanks of Star Ege Refinery according to PED 97/23 and ASME Section VIII
Div-2 which is going to be applied for the first time in Turkey.

3D InCertA has been notified as Notified Body at Pressure Equipment

Certification PED 97/23 EC and Construction Products EU 305/2011 - EN
1090-1 +A1 (System2+).

Phase Array methods with its own Level II and Level III personnel.

 We have on-going In-service inspection and NDT activities in operating
Combined Cycle Power plants in Izmir and Adapazari/Turkey.

On behalf of IHI, NDT activities

were performed in Repair Project
of Bosphorus Bridge and Fatih
Sultan Mehmet Bridge in Istanbul.

Furthermore, NDT activities of the

worlds third-biggest suspension
bridge is currently being
performed by 3D InCertA in
Izmit/ Turkey.

 With 10 IWE/EWE Welding Engineers, a CSWIP 3.1 and a CSWIP 3.2 Welding
Inspector and our 17024 accreditation, we are capable of :

Preparation and approval of Welding documentations (PQR,WPS,WPQ)

according to ASME, EN or AWS standards as well as API norms.

TS EN ISO 3834 Quality Requirements for Fusion Welding of Metallic

Materials and TS EN 15085 Manufacturer Certification for Railway Vehicles
Quality Systems Certification activities under TS EN 17065 Accreditation.

 3D InCertA performs 2nd and 3rd Party Inspections for the End-User
Companies, EPC Contractors and Manufacturers in their domestic and
foreign projects. These inspections are made on all of the processes, from
the raw material to the end product, including design, process control and
equipment delivery verification on time and expected quality according to
the customer specifications.

Mechanical, electrical, automation and construction inspections of exported

domestic products and also foreign products which will be used abroad are
performed by 3D InCertA s own personnel or 3D InCertA co-operated 3rd
party organizations within Turkey and abroad. Such co-operations let us
serve our clients at worldwide locations via our partners where it is not
possible or feasible to operate with our own inspectors.

 3rdParty Inspections of pipes are performed at Borusan Mannesmann and
Noksel for pipeline projects in Turkey, Algeria, Israel and Czech Republic.

On behalf of Man Ferrostaal, manufacturing inspections of equipments were

performed in Turkey (2 manufacturers), Italy (4 manufacturers) and Austria
(1 manufacturer) that was sent to Trinidad and Tobago.

Within Terminal Project of K-PET in Cyprus, all construction inspections were

performed by our inspectors. Currently, our inspectors are controlling fuel-oil
tanks according to API 650, LPG tanks according to AD 2000 and piping
system according to ASME B31.3.

API 620 Certification of a double walled ammonium tank is currently being

performed by 3D InCertA in Izmit/ Turkey.

 3D InCertA has performed In-Service Inspection of Atmospheric Storage
Tanks and Piping by its API 653 Above Ground Storage Tank Inspector, API
570 Piping Systems Inspector and API 510 Inspectors. In Ylport Project, in-
service and out-of-service inspections of 75 storage tanks were performed
according to API 653 and API 570 codes.

AD 2000 and Piping Systems

5000m3 LPG spherical tanks of
Total Oil.

Currently, in-service activities

of Turkeys biggest Power Plant
(total power: 4500Mw) are
being performed.

 3D InCertA performs construction inspection services including infrastructure
activities in all kinds of Industrial Constructions such as Industrial Plants,
Terminals, Ports, Refineries, Petrochemistry and Energy Plants.

Building Technical Control with verification of conformity of both materials

and components to the technical specifications and of the construction
according to the technical rules for shopping malls, hotels and ports.

Previously, construction inspections were performed at 3rd Istanbul

Suspension Bridge. Currently, Construction inspection services are being
performed in Storage Tank Farm Project of K-PET in Cyprus.

 SCS involves inspecting items at their place of manufacture before delivery
to meet customer expectations . Therefore applicable regulations prevent
risks linked to quality and safety problems with supplies to check the
quality of every single item from raw material to finished products such as
pipes, tubes, plates, valves, pressure equipments, boilers, rotating
equipments, electrical equipments.

SCS can include design review, review of material certificates, visual

inspection, several Non-Destructive Examination Techniques (NDE),
attendance, supervision or performance of mechanical/ functional tests
to give them release for safe and reliable usage for end-user.

Competent 3D InCertA personnel with relevant experience and qualification

at your demand. We have worldwide partnership agreements to cover and
act quickly on its clients behalf anywhere in the world such as GOST
certification.

 Design examination according to AD-2000 and EN 13445 standards are
performed using Visual Vessel Design software. ASME Section VIII Div.1,
Div.2, Section I designs are performed using Visual Vessel Design and
design examinations of atmospheric tank and piping systems are
carried out via COADE Tank Software and similar softwares.

Design calculation modules using Microsoft Excel are

also prepared for our use in design of other EN and
international design standards.

 Cryogenic inspection services ( LNG, LIN, LAR, LOX , NH3, etc. ) are performed
at cryogenic vessels of factories and large-scale tanks of terminals.

Our personnel has been performing 3rd party

inspection activities at cryogenic storage tanks,
pipings, valves and other instruments, in one of the
biggest LNG Storage Terminals in Turkey, EGEGAZ
IZMIR LNG Terminal. Recently, tank paint system has
been controlled by our NACE Level 3 Inspector.
