Physical Completion Certificate: (See Clause 34 of Section 3-GCC)

This document contains two certificates for a construction project: 1) A Physical Completion Certificate certifying that the work was physically completed on a specified date and taken over on another date, and that the engineer is satisfied the work was done properly. 2) A Detailed Completion Certificate also certifying physical completion and takeover dates, and listing the agreed contract amount, final paid amount, and officers involved in the work, and that the engineer is satisfied the work was done properly.
