Due Date: 14 September 2017

Outsourcing is a practice used by different companies to reduce costs by transferring portions of


work to outside suppliers rather than completing it internally. Many companies in Malaysia have
outsource their job in saving the production cost.

Task:

1. Based on the introduction above, select one company that you know have done the
outsourcing activity.
2. Make a research about that company in term of:
a. Nature of the company
b. the job/task that being outsource to another company
c. the reason why the job/task being outsourced
d. the implication behind the outsource activity
e. the criteria for third party of the outsourcing

Report should have:

introduction of the company
description of company activities
analysis of the company outsourcing
conclusion
reference
