CERTIFICATE OF COMPETENCY EXAMINATIONS
This handbook is intended, primarily to cover subjects for MEO CLASS II & MEO CLASS IV
examinations.

The handbook explains basic working principles, diagrams, comparisons & applications on the lines
that are required for the examination purpose and easy understanding of the subject. The language
used for explanation is simple and easy to understand.
Stress is given to explaining the topics in short, precise form, which will be helpful for candidates
while appearing in the examination.

It is stressed that the candidate undertakes the detailed study of each topic after understanding the
principles in the broader way. Always refer to Makers instructions and circulars for the specific
machinery and system.
