This document outlines the scope and significance of a research study on developing a portable generator. It identifies the variables that will be studied, including magnets, fans, alternating current, and direct current. Data will be gathered in an equipped laboratory as the portable generator is constructed and tested. The beneficiaries of the study are students, teachers, the community, and researchers. Benefits include using the portable generator for charging devices during power outages, as a light source, and to decrease electric bills. The study may also inspire further research on using magnets to produce free energy.

Provide the required information by answering the following
items:
1. Identify the variables that your research will focus on.
Write them on the table below.
VARIABLES CHARACTERISTIC/KIND INDICATOR
OF VARIABLE Magnets Categorical Variable Force of (neodymium) attraction, size, color, amount of Fan Categorical Variable current needed to rotate or work Alternating Current (AC) Discrete Variable Ammeters, maximum Direct Current or limit of (DC) current produced
Portable Generator Dependent Variable Parts
Functionality
2. Where and when will the data be gathered?
The research will be conducted on a laboratory equipped with electrical materials needed for mechanical engineering, which is needed in the construction of the device Portable Generator, the place of construction which is the laboratory; would likewise function as the place of data gathering. The when question on the other hand, would be treated as a dependent variable depending on the independent variable which are the materials needed in the research to have the device in just one product and is would be up to the day the device is on its finished product or output. When all such materials are compiled or gathered and are put to one to form the device, the data gathering can already start for this research, aiming to know the potentiality and functionality of its part. In laymans term, data gathering can be done anytime but requires the device to be instinct and is ready for testing. Bautista, Mayao, Dapadap, Gamayot, Magalona 12-STEM
3. Who are the beneficiaries of your study and what benefits
will they receive from the results of your study? Cite at least three benefits for each beneficiary.
BENEFICIARIES BENEFITS RECIEVED FROM THE RESULTS OF THE STUDY
Students 1. They can use the portable generator to charge the important device when there is no current or brownout. 2. They can use the portable generator to charge their devices when they are outside their house due to important reason. Teachers 1. They can use the portable generator to charge the important device when there is no current or brownout especially when they use gadgets in teaching. 2. They can use the portable generator as light source to continue teaching when brownouts occur. Community 1. They can use the portable generator as an alternative power source to decrease the rate of their electric consumption. Researchers 1. The result of this study may inspire student to conduct more researches about potentiality of magnets as main component of a generator to produce free energy because their curiosity will rise that will make them research more on the potential of the magnet that will be very beneficial in producing free energy.
