Narciso Gutierrez Vs

The court ruled that: 1) Bonifacio Gutierrez's father was solely liable for damages caused by his minor son's negligence while driving, based on a parental guaranty given at the time of licensing. 2) The truck driver and owner were liable on the basis of contractual obligation for damages caused by their negligence. 3) Both the automobile driver and truck driver contributed to the accident through negligent driving, when they collided on a bridge while attempting to pass each other. The court modified the lower court's judgement and found in favor of the defendant.
