An Organization Dedicated to Uninhibited Individual Freedom

Immediately following this introduction is a copy of the unanimous Declaration of
Independence of the thirteen United States of America. However, its general message
applies to all fifty current United States of America and, currently, it is one of three
important historical documents that has been unaltered or changed. You will see that
there are two sections of the document that have been highlighted due to their importance.
Not many American citizens are intimately familiar with the document and the potential
for ultimate freedom it provides. It describes the separation of thirteen colonies from the
British government and then the formation of thirteen individual states to represent each
individual colony. It describes the real rights of the People and the transgressions of the
British King that drove the representatives and signers of this document to absolve
themselves. And it is the highlighted points of this document that the organization of the
Anarchic Insurgence holds dear and strives to make all American citizens understand and
respect.
The Anarchic Insurgence is a decentralized organization working for the
uninhibited freedom of all America citizens. Throughout the course of this handbook,
you will become more familiar with our platform and goals and our proposed solution to
the governmental inconveniences at hand.
Anarchy is not violence or victimization or brutality or assassinations. The only
victimization is that of the People by a cold and heartless government. One by one, they
are stripping away the freedoms we hold dear. While we sleep, they are passing laws that
restrain and inhibit us. They are hypocritical and greedy masters but they have forgotten
they were established to serve us, not the other way around. Ironically, we give to them
the power they execute over us. And the time is now to end the senseless dictatorship our
government is becoming.
Imagine a world with limited to no governmental interference. People hold their
own freedom and individuality in their hands. Favors are repaid with favors and families
needn’t worry about making one paycheck last from week to week. Society is a familial
unification of brothers and sisters, Americans given back their true freedom once again.
I am the founder of The Anarchic Insurgence and I hope once you have finished
this handbook, you are compelled to take action along with the rest of us. Individually,
we fall apart. Individually, we are beaten and defeated when we revolt. But together we
are undefeated. If we come together and actually strive and work for change, then
eventually we shall see it. If we rise up together, as a society tired of oppression and tired
of tyranny, then we cannot be ignored and we cannot be resisted. It is just a matter of
spreading the message of our honorable mission to others in our society and taking action.
As individuals, and created under God, we have rights that belong solely to us and, in the
following document, they are referred to as unalienable rights: Life, Liberty and the
Pursuit of Happiness.
Liberty is defined as “the condition in which an individual has the right to act
according to his or her own will.” And obviously if we are inhibited from doing what we
feel is in our own best interest, how can we be happy? And so then how can we live

happily? As you can see, all three of our God-given rights have even been ripped from us
as well. How many things must we allow them to steal from us before it is enough? We
wouldn’t let someone get away with coming into our homes and robbing everything
we’ve worked hard for. So why are we letting a strange and impersonal government rob
us of our freedom?!
Help us end this nonsensical thievery! Join the organization of The Anarchic
Insurgence and put an end to the oppression of our well-deserved freedom!

In Congress, July 4, 1776
The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of
America

hen in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people
to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another,
and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal
station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a
decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should
declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal,
that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are
Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are
instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the consent of the governed,  That
whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the
People to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such
principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect
their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long
established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all
experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable,
than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a
long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to
reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such
Government, and to provide new guards for their future security  Such has been the
patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to
alter their former Systems of Government.  The history of the present King of Great
Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the
establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let facts be
submitted to a candid world.

Members. We know there are loopholes in the current law system that allow us to
peacefully advocate change. Therefore, we of the organization of The Anarchic Fist do
not condone illegal activity or any form of violence. Anyone involved in violence or any
illegal activities, who coincidentally is a member of The Anarchic Fist, acts of his or her
own accord and not in the name of the organization.

However, we also will not restrict membership to or withdraw membership from


members because of violent acts or illegal activity. We realize that, with the current
corruption of the law system and government, it is hard to remain “innocent” due to the
ridiculousness of restrictions on the individual and American citizens as a whole. This
still does not mean we condone violence and/or any illegal activity.

Members will also NEVER be asked to perform illegal activities or acts of violence upon
anyone or anything on behalf of the organization of The Anarchic Fist or any other
vendetta.

Organization Authenticity. If you do not see the organization logo or the barcode on
the back of this handbook that reads The Anarchic Fist $5.00, then the organization is
not affiliated with or part of the organization of The Anarchic Fist. A list of valid
representatives will be included herein if you have any further questions regarding this

We of the organization of The Anarchic Insurgence believe in:

These are the morals and strong, standing beliefs upon which The Anarchic Insurgence
was built and for which we operate. Following is a more thorough explanation of each
viewpoint.

Limited or no government involvement in the lives of American citizens. America was


formed on the basis of freedom for all of its citizens. We enjoyed limited government
interference for a time, but now, little by little, our freedoms are slowly being stripped
from us. Parents can no longer discipline their children without fear of being charged
with abuse and neglect. The law seemingly looks down on home schooling because they
lose tax dollars the less students they have in public and private schools.
On May 31, 2007, the state of Tennessee passed the ridiculous Non-Smoker

Protection Act, which banned smoking in any and all establishments except for bars
and/or nightclubs that restricted customers under the age of 21. I’ve not yet seen
someone leave a bar or restaurant so impaired by cigarette smoke that they wrecked their
car into a van carrying a family of five, killing every one of them. Yet, in the state of
Tennessee, we can still go to bars and nightclubs and restaurants and drink whatever we
want, as many as we want at the discretion of the bartender and then leave in a car. Not
everyone takes along a designated driver. And not every situation in which someone
drives home drunk results in death. And under no circumstances do we have anything
against the consumption of alcohol. But it is senseless to take away one habit and leave
another.
Some other states have passed laws forbidding parents to smoke cigarettes in their
cars when children are present. Perfectly good and attentive parents risk being charged
with child neglect and losing their children!
Victims of crimes are prohibited from issuing their own forms of justice (see the
viewpoint Mirror punishment for offenders of freedom). Instead an impersonal
government and a panel of everyday citizens (a lot of times not connected with the victim
or the accused) decide the fate of the offender, and the victim has no say.
Individuals are prohibited from consuming certain substances and using
recreational drugs. We have all been provided with information regarding possible side-
affects and dangers of certain recreational drugs but we should not be told what we can
and cannot use. It should be to the individual’s discretion. Whether certain substances
and/or drugs are legal or not, they will always be around and they will always be used by
someone. Tax dollars are being wasted on this losing battle.
The total elimination of capitalism and the need for currency. Abolishing the need for
currency and all capitalism in America would solve many financial burdens. Already a
big debate is the elimination of the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 which was mainly
established to avoid banking crises. However, it was also supposedly established to keep
our nation from experiencing inflation and/or deflation (which that has obviously not
worked in quite a while--just look at the prices of gas and food nowadays) and to protect
consumers’ credit. There are 12 of these regional banks and they are located in Boston,
New York City, Philadelphia, Cleveland, Richmond, Atlanta, Chicago, St. Louis,
Minneapolis, Kansas City, Dallas and San Francisco. The official websites to each one of
these will be available at the end of this handbook. An interesting fact of the Federal
Reserve is that it is currently holding over $176 million that is not in circulation. Why
are they just holding this money? Certainly our national debt exceeds this amount, but
there is no reason the money currently being held could not help eliminate the national
debt, thus lowering the financial burden of the citizens. It only makes sense that Glenn
Beck, is his book titled Common Sense, says that “money is the real opiate of the
masses.”
It is hard to imagine life without currency but it could be done! Our government
cannot make us spend money, so it is just a matter of eliminating the things in our lives
we can currently live without, such as television or radio or even vehicles. An example
of living as little as possible off currency is communal life. The oldest and seemingly
most successful, still functioning commune is simply called The Farm and is located in
Nashville, Tennessee. While The Farm still expects its residents to contribute financially

to its progress and upkeep, it continues to “create and demonstrate low-consumption,
high-fulfillment lifestyles.” This is a great example of self-sufficiency being practiced
but safely. Again, the official website for The Farm will be listed at the end of this
handbook.
Humans could survive without currency. And we of the organization of The
Anarchic Insurgence believe in exchanging services for other services (see the viewpoint
Mutual aid). Anyway, it all boils down to that anyway, but with money added to the
equation. Currency is a mere complication and should be done away with for good.
Limited or no taxes added whenever the need to use money arises. According to Glenn
Beck’s book Common Sense: The Case Against an Out-Of-Control Government, “The tax
code that started in 1913 as fourteen pages now exceeds sixty-seven thousand.“ Taxes
are just what the government steals from what we made overall. It’s how they pay
themselves for doing absolutely nothing but ruin lives, how they afford their fancy homes
and expensive cars while we rot in poverty. We should all be entitled to keep every last
cent we work for, instead of working hard so those in office don’t have to.
Consensus decision-making. This is a process the organization uses to eliminate
minorities and majorities. It isn’t fair to place people in certain categories based on the
statistical evidence. Everyone has an opinion, and there is always a way to compromise.
It is our hope to reach a fair medium between everyone involved by listening to each and
every voice. With our consensus decision-making process we can make sure there is one
specific step being taken at a time and at the right time, rather than worry that everyone is
moving in separate directions. The Anarchic Insurgence is a family.
Mutual aid. See also the The total elimination of capitalism and the need for currency
viewpoint. To emphasize further, The Anarchic Insurgence believes in helping our fellow
brothers and sisters, regardless of whether or not they have the money. And so, we barter
services, which is much more relieving financially than trying to come up with money or
making payments or trying to apply for a loan to pay for the service. We must show
observers that we can make it without money. As I stated before, our government cannot
make us spend money and if we, among those we have the honor of explaining this
practice to, either use less money or stop spending money altogether, a noticeable crack in
the nation’s circulation will appear. We must just know what items, activities and
services in our lives are expendable for the moment and learn to live, you might say,
primitively.
The re-establishment of a white and !ative American United States. This country was
founded by white Christian men and, for many centuries, it was that way--with the
exception of the blacks in slavery. Once we abolished slavery, and as the years
progressed, many other foreigners started invading our country. Before the white man
were Native Americans, and so this land is rightfully theirs. However, as the white man
founded America, it is also ours. Generations of soldiers have fought continuously for
the freedom we almost no longer have and it is Americans who are put on the back-
burner. Foreigners, including blacks, see America as a focal point and the sole answer to
all the hardships in their lives. And so, when they come here, most of them illegally, we
are expected not only to support ourselves and our families but also them. They refuse to
learn English and Americans are expected to accommodate their laziness. They have as
many children as they desire because they can rest assured we will provide them with

welfare and food stamps and disability. Foreigners are receiving FREE education almost
as soon as they arrive and our American sons and daughters must pay a fortune, or they’re
not even qualified or they are not receiving grants like foreigners are. Basically,
struggling parents are putting their money into the hands of foreign doctors and surgeons
that may never even know they exist or even treat them specifically, rather than be able to
send their own children to college.
An even further defilement of our country has been the election of Barack Obama-
-a black man. He is not even a year into his Presidency and, already, things are getting
bumpy. In Philadelphia, Pennsylvania during the 2008 elections, a student from the
University of Pennsylvania taped two members of the Black Panthers standing guard
outside the polls, one of which was holding a nightstick (video evidence can be seen at
http://tinyurl.com/clsy6j). And is it possible they were protecting a President who isn’t
even American? Alan Keyes, who ran against Obama in the 2004 Senate race and lost,
verified that Barack Obama refused to provide evidence of his American citizenship and
that he is a strong supporter of infanticide. Sources of Keyes also said that there was
proof that Obama was born in Narobi, Kenya before his mother could even obtain
American citizenship (view the actual video at http://tinyurl.com/d25gkv).
Keyes predicts that if we, as American citizens, do not stop Obama before it is too
late that America “will cease to exist.”
Of course, there are many of different color who were born in America and their
roots run deep here and so they are true American citizens. They work hard and provide
for their community. But we must stop the onslaught of illegal aliens hoping for a free
ride. And for those of them already here, they should be deported immediately, without
hesitation, without negotiation. As Keyes notes in his video interview, “We are claiming
that a bankrupt government can save a bankrupt banking system.” If we are already just
barely holding on, why should we support foreigners and who are they to expect us to?
Lastly, it is not fair that Native Americans be restricted to reservations in order to
safely practice their unique heritage. Some of them may reside there of their own freewill
but they should also be able to come and go as they please, without restriction and
without laws forbidding them to live as they used to.
The legalization of moonshine and marijuana (or other recreational drugs).
Marijuana is completely illegal in this country simply because it cannot be taxed. First,
let me note that, according to TCA 57-3-101(a)(1)(A), any liquid beverage with less than
.5% alcohol content, other than wine as defined in that particular section, is NOT
considered an alcoholic beverage and not subject to taxation or regulation pursuant to
chapters 1-6 and 9 of that title.
The total elimination of any and all free trade agreements.
The total elimination of any and all American government interference in the affairs
of other foreign countries and their established form of government. Rarely does our
media simply include the goings-on in our very own country. It is always first what
happens in America and then there will be an insignificant story about something
happening in a totally different country. Most often, it is something that doesn’t affect us
in any way and should have no importance in our media. Then are the commercials of
starving children in Uganda or Ethiopia who also have no clean water or any chance at an
education.

More important should be those of us starving here at home. Maybe our hunger
does not reach the severity of that of foreign, third-world countries, but that doesn’t mean
we should be put on the backburner. Part of the responsibility of our government is to
worry about us first. For that matter, we should be the only country our government
focuses on and provides for. Currently, all our money is going towards rebuilding a
country we are at war against…Iraq. The war between us started in September 2001 after
they attached us and we retaliated. The war has been ongoing for eight years now and at
this point, I believe it is safe to say we have all forgotten what we are fighting for.
Saddam Hussein was arrested and the United States gave the honor of executing him to
Iraq. They hung him by the neck until he was officially pronounced dead. We first
started our hunt with Osama Bin Laden, who is currently still at large and we are no
closer to finding him now than we were when the war first started. At this point, our
troopssons and daughters, brothers and sisters, husbands and wives, fathers and
mothers, boyfriends and girlfriendsare fighting, having already served justice for the
transgressions committed on September 9, 2001. Now they are just simply fighting and
dying for what cause? Here at home our freedoms are being stripped away. Once, we
declared war and fought to keep and implement new freedoms; now, we seemingly are
declaring war and fighting to lose the freedoms and rights we once had. And, as a slap in
the face to our hardworking, sacrificial troops, we are pretty much waiting for them to
blow up a building or monument or city so we can rush right in and rebuild it, and rebuild
it better than it was. We are helping the enemy to establish a government similar to ours
to “improve” their way of life. Basically, innocent people are dying overseas without a
cause because our government thinks our overall, worldly image is more important than
the lives of those actually protecting the people.
Of course, it is necessary to know which countries might pose as threats to us but
if we continue to focus on the evils of other countries, then we ignore those here at home,
terrified of an unknown attack from the outside or from above that we forget something
just as terrifying can happen from within our own country. My point is, we shouldn’t
have to live in fear. We shouldn’t have to be submitted to a heartless governments mind
games and power-plays and that is exactly what they depend on. They frighten us by
telling us about the weapons they’ve found overseas or the threat of biochemical warfare.
We should mind our own business and only begin to worry when given a legitimate
reason. It is not up to America to save the world.
Pacifism. Part of this argument is described above. It is easier, I believe, to make longer-
lasting bonds based on honesty and loyalty and generosity, not by shedding blood.
Automatically, when we are the victim of some other country’s attack, slanderous and
verbal or physical, we resort to war to fix everything. Chances are, war will better be
remembered, but not in a positive light by the opposition. It is harder to harbor bad
feelings towards someone when you have been spared by kindness and truthfulness or
when war is avoided by personally addressing the issues between two parties or more and
coming to an agreement, written or otherwise.
In this day and age, people are fighting and dying without knowing the end for
which they sacrifice their lives. It is not fair to tear apart families and look on with a cold
heart simply because a country is doing something not to our liking, but not actually
doing it to us; or because a country has something we don’t have. Even now, in light of a

corrupt government, it is even more unfair to ask troops to fight for a cause they may not
even believe in, in situations in which there is a cause.
The only exception to this viewpoint is our belief in mirror punishment for
offenders.
Tolerance of any and all religions, practiced peacefully. Everyone believes in either
something or nothing. Some of the most religious individuals are not even allowed to
practice their beliefs freely, fearing either persecution or execution. Most religions teach
peace as a lifestyle. Ironically, religion is a main cause of war and hatred. Apparently,
one religion’s peace is more profound than another religion’s peace. All in all, peace is
the same no matter where you are and should be practiced as such.
We are the freest country, religiously, not monitoring religions, not prohibiting
certain ones, allowing them all to be practiced freely and publicly. But there is still an
intolerance amongst the people regarding religions other than their own. No one likes to
be challenged on what they believe and no one likes to be harassed based on those beliefs.
Everyone needs something to believe in, something bigger than themselves. It is a
comfort having faith in an all-knowing being, and every religion has one and he/she goes
by different names.
If someone believes in something higher, and it makes no difference in the lives of
others, then what is the harm in it? If they practice it privately or publicly, what is the
problem with it, if it doesn’t harm anyone else?
If we expect honest tolerance from everyone else, than we must practice tolerance
as an example.
Mirror punishment for offenders of freedom. And this involves all crimes, however
small, however gruesome. Locking offenders up and making them into prisoners for the
rest of their lives does nothing but give them time to dwell on the reason they’ve been
detained and possibly work up a revengeful fury that, if they never get out, is directed
towards other prisoners in a never-ending circle of violence. The death penalty in
America now is a joke. If an offender is sentenced to death, minus the electric chair
which is rarely used anymore, they are pretty much being put into a peaceful sleep. The
death penalty is only given to the most heinous and calculating of murderers. Chances
are the victims didn’t feel such peace when they were assaulted or kidnapped and then
robbed of their lives. They were frightened and humble and vulnerable. They were in
pain until they took their last breaths. The most pain an inmate fulfilling the death
penalty feels in the needle going into their veins and then its smooth sailing from there on
out.
We believe lessons are best learned when the exact same transgression is
committed against the very person who initially perpetrated the crime. If he/she steals
something from someone else, something be taken from them in return; if he/she kidnaps
someone dear to someone else, then someone be taken from them whom they love dearly;
if he/she murders a friend and/or family member, so should it be done in the exact same
manner to one of them.
It is far too expensive and burdensome to taxpayers to house criminals who, in the
end, live far better than you and I. They are guaranteed a roof over their heads, receive
free meals, are always clothed. Some even enjoy television and regular showers. It is a
mockery to the law-abiding, taxpaying, hard-working American citizen.

Just as well, if in the course of events, it becomes necessary for a victim to inflict
mirror punishment upon an offender, should the victim decide upon a different course of
action, such as dismissal from the organization, then that course of action will be taken.
After all, that is what this viewpoint is about…giving the victim the right to choose a
punishment for offenders of freedom as they feel is just.
The option of receiving an education, as opposed to being forced to receive an
education. Modern times are seeing a restrictive yet somewhat liberal classroom. As
Glenn Beck says, “Open your eyes! These people are robbing us blind while turning our
children against the principles and values we cherish through indoctrination masked as
education.” It is hard to say what our nation’s children are being taught nowadays.
Schools have already denied religion access and teach the sole viewpoint as evolution
being the one and only answer to the existence of humankind. Do we ever really pay
attention to our children’s textbooks?
We have let this strange, unfeeling government tell us what our children will and
will not learn! We are letting them tell us how to raise our own children. Children must
be a certain age during which they have to start school and they will graduate at a certain
time. They must be a certain age before they can smoke and then another age before they
can drink (two legal ages is ludicrous).
The government forgets it was established to work for us. We don’t work for
them! And so if we say, “I’ll decide when my child goes to school and when!” then that’s
how it should be without question. If we want to teach them at home, again, there should
be no question. If you, as a parent, decide your child is safe enough in the hands of a
public school, then that should be your choice, not one left up to the government.
And anyway, schools nowadays aren’t doing their jobs very well. Look at these
statistics taken from Glenn Beck’s book titled Common Sense:

 “Only 34.6% of the kids in Baltimore city’s public school system received a high
school diploma in 2004;
 The Indianapolis public school system handed out diplomas to just 30.5% of its
students;
 Detroit’s public school system struggled to have 25% of its students qualify for a high
school diploma;
 45.2% of New York City public school kids graduated with a high school diploma.”
Free college education. Basic employment is a) hard to find nowadays and, b) not
enough to cut it anymore. Nowadays, a lot of employers want something more from their
employees than a high school diploma. They want a college education. Maybe it’s
because they want to believe their employees aren’t disposable. Maybe they want to be
challenged by their employees, stretch them to their “true” potential. Who knows?
Earlier, we discussed that education should be a decision the parents/guardians
make, not the government. Education does not a good person or good worker make. The
backbone of America is the laborers: the ditch-diggers, the plumbers, the electricians, the
mechanics, the carpenters, the construction workers, the masons, etc. All of these things,
if learned and taken an interest in, are general knowledge. No one needs an education to
do these things and these are the careers that really matter, that people kill themselves
doing for very little pay. It is much easier to sit behind a desk and type on a computer and

talk on a phone and file paperwork and sometimes these jobs are also procured without a
college education, but not often. Most times they are entry-level jobs that also pay very
little.
So, if it is going to become necessary for people to complete college in order to
get a decent job to provide for themselves and their families, and if capitalism is never
abolished (one of the goals of The Anarchic Insurgence is to make sure it is abolished),
then college education should become a free option to would-be students. The only ones
who really benefit are the rich people with money to throw around and they can ensure
their children get into Ivy League schools and receive the best education available. The
poverty-ridden, even the middle class, can’t afford thousands of dollars to go to school
for however many years. Of course, there are grants and student loans, which are made
available from tax money and in order to qualify for a grant or loan, you must meet
certain criteria. Certainly, if you’re unAmerican, you immediately qualify, which is
tragic. Poor Americans struggling to put their children through school, who have paid
taxes all their lives, might have to face that their children don’t qualify for a grant.
Technically, those people have been paying for their children’s college education for
eighteen years and it still isn’t good enough.
The sanctity of marriage between only a man and a woman. I have friends who are gay,
or bisexual, and I don’t believe one can really choose who they fall in love with. But I
was raised to appreciate and respect the sanctity of marriage between men and women
and the beauty of monogamy in a relationship and so that is one standpoint for which
The Anarchic Insurgence stands.
The right to own firearms and firearms ownership. Every American is rightfully
entitled to own a firearm or many firearms. No one should be prohibited from purchasing
firearms unless they have already forfeited that right by using a firearm for purposes other
than self-defense. As is the gun law in Tennessee, people with mental illnesses are
automatically prohibited from owning firearms. Basically, they have been stripped of the
right to protect themselves, their families and their property.
Anyone will tell you that this law is a precaution because mentally ill people can
be “unpredictable” or “spontaneous.” Okay, so the mentally ill are excluded from the
market. What about the rest who purchase firearms, the mentally fit? Why don’t we
check out gun violence in just the state of Tennessee?

 On May 4, 2009, a string of shootings in Chattanooga led police to suspect gang

School
 On July 28 last year in Knoxville, a man named Jim Adkisson was arrested for
opening fire at a church youth event and charged with first-degree murder for killing
two in the shooting

Knoxville fatally shooting a fellow classmate
 On December 27, 2008 in Memphis a car speeding down a neighborhood street fatally
shot an innocent 21-year-old stander by
 On September 7, 2009, a witness called 911 to report 3 people fatally shot in a mobile

 On October 6, 2009 a 21-year-old man named Travarious White from Jackson was
arrested and charged with attempted murder, aggravated criminal trespassing,
vandalism, criminal impersonation, two counts of possession of stolen property and
evading arrest after he opened fire on a man in a car. The man wasn’t fatally injured
 On September 26, 2009 the body of a missing man was found near Yellow Creek. It
was the body Shelby F. Miller and cause of death was a gunshot wound to the back of
the head. A warrant was issued for the main suspectShelby’s son, 27-year-old
Travis N. Miller

This information does not hold a light to the many shootings that happen every day, or
those that go unreported. And if this isn’t frightening enough, as of July 14, 2009, it is
legal in the state of Tennessee to carry a handgun into bars and restaurants. Tsk, tsk.
Imagine this deadly weapon being wielded in anger from someone heavily under the
influence. Of course, being drunk isn’t a mental illness so they figure it’s okay.
As it would appear, it does not matter to whom a gun is sold. Mentally ill or not,
people, for whatever reason, are inclined to kill other people. In the above cases, none of
the suspects were diagnosed with any mental illnesses, nor were they thought to suffer
from mental illnesses. They were gang members or bored old men or bullied students or
family members.
And in any case, whether or not mentally ill individuals are allowed to purchase
firearms, it doesn’t stop the fact that if the individual wants to commit murder, then
he/she will without the accompaniment of a gun. They will implement other heinous
tools of destruction.
Preventing mentally ill individuals from purchasing guns will not and do not make
any difference in murder statistics. Each and every American should be entitled to own a
firearm.
Unconditional home ownership. All Americans, with or without children, deserve to
have their own place to call home, even if they cannot necessarily afford it. It is
especially important now in the midst of a failing economy in which many across the
nation are beginning to find themselves homeless or potentially homeless due to the
inability to keep up with their mortgage payments and threatened with foreclosure.
According to an article on RealEstateRama and data collected by RealtyTrac.com, the city
of Memphis in Tennessee ranked 18 out of 100 metro areas nationwide in the number of
foreclosures and the state of Tennessee ranked 12th “in a similar comparison of
states…According to the Center for Responsible Lending there have already been
between 1 million and 1.5 million foreclosures since the start of 2009. The Federal
Reserve estimates that by the end of the year, as many as 2.5 million to 3 million
foreclosures could occur.”
That is far too many left without homes, especially when, according to an article
on Wikipedia.com talking about the demographics of the United States, over a quarter of
the population is made up of people under 20-years-old and only one-eighth is made up of
people 65-years-old and over. Of course, this isn’t counting a strictly white population
which, of course, means these statistics just decrease instead of improve.
At some point, every America pays taxes. Most Americans pay taxes for their

entire adult lives. Those in office are assured a place to live always, because of our tax
money. Shouldn’t the same thing apply to hard-working American citizens? Shouldn’t
the government pay for housing for its citizens rather than worry about financial
“obligations” overseas? Of course, there are government programs designed for this
specific purpose, such as Section 8, HUD and Habitat for Humanity. But each of these
are based on a person’s eligibility, which includes their age, salary, dependents, etc,
which means not every American will qualify. Every American should qualify!
Foreigners certainly do! And they have contributed nothing to this country and its
development but yet they are exempt from taxes, automatically receive family assistance
and get the best of housing.
And furthermore, in times of crises, Americans should not be faced with the
possibility of losing their homes because of the inability to pay. Rather than waste our
tax money in times of normalcy to build five or six schools within the same district, we
should reserve this money for times such as these when Americans are in danger of losing
their property and possessions because of mistakes the government made.
Cooperation with other anarchist factions and their cooperation in return. It is
important when attempting to make drastic change that different factions or organizations
with the same viewpoints to consider unification to broaden their networks. It is much
easier to achieve change when you have an army all your own and we are less likely to
fail in our efforts. Some change, if not the extreme change we want, will be acquired and
a little leeway is better than none.
For instance, below is the platform for the KKK (Ku Klux Klan), also known as
The Knights’ Party:

 The recognition that America was founded as a Christian nation


 The recognition that America was founded as a White nation
 Repeal the NAFTA and GATT treaties
 Put America FIRST in all foreign matters
 Stop all Foreign Aid immediately
 Cut off trade with countries that refuse to establish strict environmental laws
 Abolish ALL discriminatory affirmative action programs
 Put American troops on our border to STOP the flood of illegal aliens
 Abolish all anti-gun laws and encourage every adult to own a weapon
 Actively promote love and appreciation of our unique European (White) culture
 Outlaw the purchase of American property and industry by foreign corporations and
investors
 Drug testing for welfare recipients
 Repeal the Federal Reserve Act
 Balance the budget
 Rehabilitate our public school system
 A flat income tax should be introduced to allow for the funding of community, state
and federal projects
 Abortion should be outlawed except to save the mother’s life or in case of rape or
incest
 We support the death penalty for those convicted of molestation and rape

 We support the placing of all persons HIV positive into national hospitals
 Restoring individual freedom to Christian America
 We support the voluntary repatriation of everyone not satisfied with living under
White Christian rules of conduct back to the native lands of their people

raising of our children
 We respect the right of homeowners and that no one should ever be forced from their
home for the non payment of taxes
 We support state sovereignty resolutions
 We advocate a strong defense department to safeguard American citizens
 We support all U.S. veterans

The points highlighted in red are viewpoints shared by both the KKK and The Anarchic
Insurgence. And so, for example, it is probable a unification between the KKK and The
Anarchic Insurgence would be successful because we are ultimately working towards the
same change. In the event that we merge our organization with another, then our
platforms would also merge, but a merge would only take place if two different
organizations shared similar viewpoints to begin with.
We should always look to extend our reach and look for brothers and sisters to
join our cause, recruiting members and officers alike to reinforce our cause and
strengthen our resistance.

This section of the handbook is dedicated to Glenn Beck’s Common Sense: The Case
Against An Out-of-Control Government, Inspired by Thomas Paine. It is a reinforcement
of Thomas Paine’s original pamphlet printed in 1776 also titled Common Sense. Thomas
Paine was a man struggling to make a life for himself in the British colonies and he and
his friends grew tired of being oppressed. In Glenn Beck’s up-to-date book, he says,
“Thomas Paine and his fellow revolutionaries shed their blood so that future generations
would have access to weapons immeasurably stronger than muskets or bayonets: the
weapons of democracy.”
This section will basically serve as a detailed outline of the entire book, which I
encourage every member and officer of the organization to own a copy of. It can be used

their opinion.

Introduction
I Think I Know Who You Are/The First Step Out of Our Comfort Zone
In the Introduction, Glenn Beck analyzes and attempts to know his readers. In fact, his
description is right-on for the majority of normal, everyday citizens.
You might be the type after 9/11 you expected America to change for the best,
only to be sorely disappointed. You participate in friendly political debates with friends
and family because you are genuinely concerned about important issues such as these.
Instead, you were dismayed and disheartened to find that rather than improve, our
country began falling, dying, sinking.
This was of no fault of yours or any other like-minded citizens. In fact, we all
turned our attention away from volunteering our time and help even though it wasn’t
needed and being extra kind to others because we had all just survived a national tragedy.
Instead, the President and all of his governmental goons wanted us to go on this huge
shopping spree to “re-stimulate” the suffering economy. And once we began to do so,
our minds and hearts fell away from the sadness and closeness 9/11 brought us.
The First Step Out of Our Comfort Zone
Somewhere along the way we, the citizens, the People, have forgotten that we are in
control, not the government. We have the Constitutional right to overthrow our
government as soon as it stops meeting the needs of its citizens.
All we need to organize with each other is a simple reminder. The words “I am an
American” are not just words. They have meaning. These words should mean we are
free but this is quickly becoming a misconception. We must take control back into our
hands.
The Reshaping and Redefining of America
In the time of our Founding Fathers, government was true and honest. It kindly held the
hand of the People and encouraged us to be strong and courageous in the face of our

enemies. As the years have gone by, our government has become more and more corrupt.
Now, it is strictly about the money. Sympathy and empathy no longer exist in
Washington. Rather than encourage us to face our enemies without fear, they attempt to
frighten us purposely.
We struggle to support our families and ourselves and work our asses off while
the government recklessly spends all our money on insignificant things. We are so far
behind that never in this life will we catch up and even our children will be enslaved to
pay off the debts our insensitive government has racked up.
Our politicians promise us freedom and equal rights election after election but it’s
always lies and never to the satisfaction of who really matters…the citizens. In fact,
Glenn Beck asks you, the reader:

“Do you trust those in power to always tell you the hard truthespecially if it would hurt
them at election time?

How is it possible that every president since Jimmy Carter has promised to lower our
dependence on foreign oil, but now we import more oil than ever from countries that do
us harm?

Are we to honestly believe that the country that took the idea of a man walking on the
moon and turned it into a reality within eight years, or the country that built a
transcontinental railroad in seven years (without power tools or machines) doesn’t have
the ability to completely built the 670-mile fence along our southern border that was
promised to us in 2005?

Why are the same politicians who insist America is a “melting pot” the first ones to insist
that different races, nationalities, and ethnicities retain their distinct languages, identities,
and practices?

Why are those who respectfully question the science behind global warming mocked and
condemned?

Do you believe that your elected representatives view themselves as truly being “public
servants” who place your well-being above their own?

Do you believe that those in Washington see your face when they make decisions or,
instead, the faces of those who richly contribute to their campaigns?

Do you believe that our “public servants” have your best interests at heart and will defend
your life, liberty, and property?”

Naturally, if your answers to these questions were negative in nature then it is obvious our
government needs to be corrected.
Patriotism is in our hands. It is up to us to downsize the establishment and keep
Patriotism in the hands of the People. Those who stand down are not worthy of its prize.

We have the right, the legal, Constitutional right to OVERTHROW our current form of
government! While we still have that right, we should exercise it before we lose the
chance.
Money: The Real Opiate of the Masses
All of Washington is referred to as blood-sucking parasites, leeches clinging to the frail
skin of all American citizens. Glenn Beck states that, in his opinion, socialism (defined
as “various theories of economic organization advocating public or direct worker
ownership and administration of the means of production and allocation of resources, and
a society characterized by equal access to resources for all individuals with a method of
compensation based on the amount of labor expended.”) and fascism (defined as “a
political theory that seeks to combine radical and authoritarian nationalism with a
corporatist economic system, and which is usually considered to be on the far right of the
traditional left-right political spectrum. Fascists believe that nations and/or races are in
perpetual conflict whereby only the strong can survive by being healthy, vital and by
asserting themselves in conflict against the weak.”) have been on the rise for quite some
time now.
He refers to politicians as fiends to money with a severe spending problem and
it’s severe indeed, adding up to a grand total of $300 billion. Contrary to what citizens
believe, all the money they take from us is still not paying off this debt but we’ll cover
that in a future section.
Debt: How They Purchased Our Silence and Subservience
According to Glenn Beck:

 “Thomas Jefferson knew that government debt was not only bad economic policy but
also morally unacceptable because it effectively makes your children responsible to
pay for what you bought.”
 “They [politicians] have effectively branded our children as future slaves to our
creditors and they’ve placed our country in a position of servitude to the rest of the
world.”
 “Our interest payment to service our $11,000,000,000,000 in debt now stands at about
$26,000,000,000 per month. That’s $300 billion a year that will be sent (likely
overseas) to our creditors instead of being used to upgrade our schools, roads, or
national defense.”
 “With one monthly $26 billion interest payment we could fully fund the annual
budgets of the Centers for Disease Control ($6.1 billion annually), Coast Guard ($8.7
billion) and the Department of the Interior ($11.1 billion).”
 “With our annual $300 billion in interest payments we could fully fund the
Departments of Commerce ($8.1 billion), Education ($68 billion), Homeland Security
($42.3 billion), Housing and Urban Development ($52.3 billion), Energy ($23.2
billion), Justice ($25 billion), and Labor ($49.6 billion) for an entire year.”
 “By 2019, annual interest payments on the national debt will balloon to a projected
$806 billion.”
 “That $806 billion is more than what it cost us last year to fund the entire Department
of Defense ($583 billion), Veterans Affairs ($86.6 billion), the Department of
Transportation ($68.7 billion), and the State Department ($18.9 billion).”

 The total 2008 profits of Exxon Mobil ($45.2 billion), General Electric ($17.41
billion), Wal-Mart ($12.7 billion), and IBM ($12.3 billion) totaled $87.61 billion. If
we taxed those profits at 100 percent we still wouldn’t even have one-third of the
amount needed to pay the annual interest paymentlet alone any of the principal!”
 “If we took all personal income tax revenue from every American taxpayer for the
next decade you would still not have enough money to pay off the national debt, even
if you exclude interest.”
 “President Obama announced that his 2009 budget was projected to produce a
$1,700,000,000,000 deficit. If you break that down you find that we’re spending
$4.657 billion every day for a year, which breaks down further to $53,906.64 per
second. In the time it takes you to read this paragraph, our government will have
spent more than what most Americans make in more than twenty years of work!”
,ow How Much Would You Pay? The World’s Largest Ponzi Scheme
 “A successful Ponzi scheme is one where early investors are paid with money from
new investors. As long as the scammer can continue to sign up new investors, the
cycle never ends.”
 “Social Security is a great example of a ‘legal Ponzi scheme.’ Every time you’re paid
for work, the government takes a portion of your hard-earned dollars to ‘invest’ in the
Social Security Trust Fund, where it sits, collecting interest, until you retire and are
eligible to start receiving your Social Security checks. At least, that’s the way most of
us think that it works. The truth is that your money isn’t set aside until you retire. In
the meantime it’s spent by the government and an IOU is put in the trust fund in its
place.”
 “Since we now have a trust fund stuffed with nearly worthless IOUs, there
issurprise, surprisea massive future liability funding shortfall of somewhere
around $13.6 trillion. In other words, politicians have promised to pay $13.6 trillion
that they don’t have to future retirees.”
But Wait, There’s More! Our $100 Trillion Bipartisan Betrayal
 “….Medicare began with the best of intentions: to assist senior and retired citizens
with medical expenses. There are several different parts of Medicare, but only three
of them have the potential to contribute to our economic downfall: Medicare Part A,
which pays for hospital admissions and visits; Medicare Part B, which covers doctor
visits; and Part D, which covers prescription drugs.”
 “Medicare Parts A and B have combined unfunded liabilities of $68 trillion. Despite
knowing that Medicare was already hemorrhaging, politicians passed the Medicare
Prescription Drug Improvement, and Modernization Act in 2003, which authorized
Medicare to cover prescription drug costs starting in 2006. In less than three years
that Act has run up additional unfunded liabilities of $17.2 trillion.”
 “….our politicians have committed future generations to pay a combined $99.2
trillion just for our unfunded Social Security and Medicare obligations.”
 “….it’s so interesting that President Obama’s request for $634 billion to be put into a
“universal health-care reserve fund” really doesn’t come with a plan about where the
money will come from, who will be eligible for it, or how it will be spent.”

 “The shortsighted political elite brag that China holds $724 billion in U.S. Treasury

securities, making it the largest foreign holder of our debt in the world…. But what
they fail to mention in their carefully orchestrated press conferences is that China is in

ever seen before….it would just take a decision by them to sell all of our debt or to
demand extravagant interest rates from us in exchange for continuing to buy
itsomething many are concerned is right around the corner.”
The Political Weapon of Choice: The U.S. Tax Code
 “The tax code that started in 1913 as fourteen pages now exceeds sixty-seven
thousand. An income tax that was promised to only apply to the wealthiest 1 percent
in 1913 quickly grew to 5 percent in 1939 and then, following World War II, to
almost 75 percent of all Americans.”
 “Congressman Charlie Rangel from New York chairs the House Ways and Means
Committee, which means he’s responsible for writing the tax code….but….he
allegedly failed to pay taxes on seventy-five thousand dollars in rental income from
his villa retreat at the Punta Cana Yacht Club in the Dominican Republic. His
excuse? He didn’t know the tax applied to rental properties in the Dominican
Republic.”
 “It now takes Americans about 7.6 billion hours to prepare their taxes. That would be
like hiring 3.8 million full-time people just to prepare our taxes and address all of the
tax-related issues that we deal with every year.”
 “In 2006, Americans spent $193 billion just to comply with the tax code.”
 “….the code is changed almost every year….and it’s done for two simple reasons:
Favors can be done for special interest groups and hidden in the complex framework;
The tax code can crush an enemy without leaving any bruises or broken bones and
reward allies without leaving a money trail.”
 “….the power to tax is the power to destroy, and both the Democrats and Republicans
have used that power irresponsibly for political gain.”
It’s ,ot the Money, It’s the Rule of Law
 “The U.S. House of Representatives used its power to target a group of AIG insurance
executives who collected a bonus they were contractually and legally allowed to
receive, by passing a bill that would have imposed a 90 percent retroactive tax on
their bonus money.”
 “New York state attorney general Andrew Cuomo threatened to reveal the names of
AIG employees who were paid a contractual bonus and wouldn’t voluntarily return
that money.”
 “GM was required to fire its CEO as a prerequisite to receiving any additional federal
bailout money even though the CEO didn’t engage in any criminal or corporate
malfeasance.”
 “Banking executives were threatened to accept government bailout funds or risk
increased scrutiny and audits.”
 “Government officials are seeking authority to seize any company that could posein
their sole opiniona ‘systemic’ economic risk.”
 “The sacrosanct ‘secret ballot’ is under assault by union leaders who feel it’s more
important to get new members then protect free elections.”
 “The government has suggested it will force states to accept federal stimulus money

even if they don’t want it.”
 “The state of Connecticut has considered legislation that would retroactively raise the
state income tax on high-wage earners.”
 “The rich are being vilified and targeted because they are rich. (Class warfare is
always politically popular, but common sense tells us that people won’t work if they
can’t keep what they earn. It also tells us that what starts as government taking on the
‘rich’ always trickles downremember, in 1913 the income tax was applied to only
the wealthiest 1 percent).”
 “Executives at AIG, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac are all on the federal dole and
have received billions in corporate welfare. Executives at all companies received
bonuses, but while AIG executives were targeted by Congress and unions, executives
at Fannie and Freddie received scant attention due to their ties to government.”
 “George Washington calls out from the past to remind us that government itself is
usually the problem: ‘Government is not reason, it is not eloquence, it is force; like
fire, a troublesome servant and a fearful master. Never for a moment should it be left
to irresponsible action.’”
 “37 percent prefer capitalism, 33 percent favor socialism, and 30 percent are
undecided.”
 “The first government established by our Founding Fathers was under the Articles of
Confederation, a document that created the weakest possible form of national
government. Why? Because they recognized that having no government meant
anarchy, but they also knew that government was a ‘living creature’ that would seek
to grow in power at the expense of personal freedom.”
The Perks and Privileges of the Political Class
 “Would you apply for this job? Be your own boss. Performance reviews conducted
but then immediately shredded! Make mistakes and assign the blame to other people
with no consequences. Hefty six-figure salaried position with annual increases
automatically granted without regard to work performance. Medical benefits are top
of the line and are publicly subsidized. Pension plan is extremely generous and has a
very short vesting period. Work onsite 118-184 days a year and then work from
home…or not! Travel the world and attend elaborate cocktail parties, all for free.
Regularly meet people who think you’re personally revolting and professionally inept
but are forced to call you ‘sir’ or ‘madam’ out of sheer fear.”
Congress: America’s Aristocracy

Politicians: More Staying Power Than Cockroaches
 “In the 2008 general election, the average incumbent House member raised an
average of $336,585. Incumbent senators fared even better, raking in an average of
$8,804,631, while their lowly challengers averaged 87 percent or less, or $1,155,599.”
 “Politicians can actually decide which neighborhoods, races, religions, and income
levels they want in their district. They can even decide which side of a street to draw
the line down. In short, they get to choose exactly who lives in their districtwhich
begs the question: Are we choosing our representatives, or are they choosing who gets
to vote for them?”
 Luis Gutierrez is the Illinois Democratic representative of the 4th Congressional
District. “Gutierrez has been serving since 1993 and his district is thirty-nine square
miles.”
 Grace Napolitano is the California Democratic representative of the 38th
Congressional District. Her district only covers 105 square miles.
 “Arizona Republican representative Trent Franks’s 2nd Congressional
District….covers 20,391 square miles, which makes it larger than Rhode Island, New
Jersey and Delaware combined! It’s not the distance that’s shocking, but how the
district’s been drawn.”
 “Gerrymandering isn’t limited to these three districts, and it’s used by both parties to
create and protect ‘safe seats.’ Our Founding Fathers didn’t want any politician’s job

Political Parties: Dividing the People But Taking Us to the Same Place

The Right Kind of Green
 “In the 1970s, Progressives used ‘global cooling’ as their call for action.”

more government power and control to fight ‘global warming’ instead.”

Congress was ‘going green’ by replacing twelve thousand incandescent light bulbs
with environmentally friendly compact fluorescent ones. Tress would also be planted
and carbon offsets purchased. What you didn’t see in her press conference was the
carbon-belching Capitol Power Plant that burns more than seventeen thousand tons of
coal each year. The plant’s proud owner? None other than the United States
Congress.”
 “In the same month that they abandoned carbon credits, Congress introduced a 648-
page bill that could effectively impose the carbon-credit scheme on every American
business. Yet, in all of those pages, two simple questions are not answered: Who will
be taxed, and how will the money that is raised, in what one politician called ‘the
most significant revenue-generating proposal of our time,’ be spent?”
The Lightbulb Lie
 “….why would Congress require that mercury-filled light bulbs be used in our homes,
offices, hospitals, and churches starting in 2012?”
 “Compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs) contain an average of four milligrams of
mercury each, far more than the .12 milligrams contained in a can of light tuna.”
 “The light bulbs these self-serving politicians decreed must be used in your home in
order to save the environment are so poisonous that the Environment Protection
Agency actually created cleanup procedures to be followed whenever a CFL is

-Have people and pets leave the room, and don’t let anyone walk through the
breakage area on their way out.

CLEANUP STEPS FOR CARPETING OR RUG
-Carefully pick up glass fragments and place them in a glass jar with metal lid
(such as a canning jar) or in a sealed plastic bag.
-Use sticky tape, such as duct tape, to pick up any remaining small glass
fragments and powder.
-If vacuuming is needed after all visible materials are removed, vacuum the area
where the bulb was broken.
-Remove the vacuum bag (or empty and wipe the canister), and put the bag or
vacuum debris in a sealed plastic bag.
CLEANUP STEPS FOR CLOTHING, BEDDING, AND OTHER SOFT MATERIALS
-If clothing or bedding materials come in direct contact with broken glass or
mercury-containing powder from inside the bulb that may stick to the
fabric, the clothing or bedding should be thrown away. Do not wash such
clothing or bedding because mercury fragments in the clothing may
contaminate the machine and/or pollute sewage.
DISPOSAL OF CLEANUP MATERIALS
-Immediately place all cleanup materials outdoors in a trash container or protected
area for the next normal trash pickup.
-Check with your local or state government about disposal requirements in your
specific area. Some states do not allow such trash disposal. Instead, they
require that broken and unbroken mercury-containing bulbs be taken to a
local recycling center.”
The Government Agrees: You Are the Problem
 “The government is….anti-YOU owning a gun.”
 “The way the flawed logic in Washington apparently works is that if you’re protecting
federal property or providing security to government employees, our government
wants to make sure you have access to a gun. But if you want that same gun to
protect your family and home, our government treats you like a common criminal.”
 “Consider what politicians have done or are doing to make getting, keeping, or
learning about guns more difficult:
1) In Washington, D.C., government officials will let you register handguns that are
olive-drab green, dark earth, or black but not two-tone black because that color
doesn’t appear on a ‘safe handgun roster.’
2) The city of Chicago requires you to reregister your gun every year, and if you do not
comply, the gun is considered ‘unregisterable’meaning that it can no longer be kept
within the city limits.
3) In New York City, obtaining a gun permit can take nearly a year and cost more than
five hundred dollars. Mountains of notarized paperwork must be meticulously filled

out, including character references and driving records, and the applicant must
undergo a personal interview with a police investigator.”
 “There are those who will naively insist that these smaller steps are necessary to
promote the greater good and that our government, although not perfect, would never
intentionally hurt or imprison its own innocent citizens. When they say this, please
remind them of three things:
1) Remind them of the victims of Presidential Executive Order 9066, which authorized
the forcible relocation of 150,000 Japanese-Americans from their homes to interment
camps. This order, signed by President Franklin Roosevelt, accepted the Progressive
argument that the ‘greater good’ required the wholesale incarceration of Americans
despite their constitutional rights to due process and private property. Many of these
Japanese-Americans never got their homes back or property returned.
2) …/or shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation. -
Fifth Amendment, U.S. Constitution. Eminent domain is the power of the State to
take private property for what is essentially the Progressive idea of benefiting ‘the
greater good.’… Private property is essential to personal freedom and liberty because
it enables an individual to gain independence from the State by accumulating land,
money, and wealth. According to Karl Marx: ‘The theory of the Communists may be
summed up in the single sentence: Abolition of private property.’
3) It’s not just our homes that are no longer secure from the whims of the Stateit’s
also our own bodies. Almost all states now require mandatory blood-screening tests
with limited opt-out provisions…. Just as the backward idea that helping others in
danger is not mandated by law, but recycling is, I believe another sign of a society in
decline is when those accused of murder and rape have their blood and DNA
protected more than innocent newborn babies.
4) Remind them about the tens of thousands of political, labor, and antiwar activists who
were arrested for speaking out against their government and its policies beginning
with Woodrow Wilson and continuing through FDR’s presidency.
5) Remind them about the law-abiding citizens of New Orleans, who, while trying to
protect their families and property in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, had their guns
unlawfully confiscated under orders from the mayor and chief of police…. And what
did our elected leadersthe people who took an oath to uphold the Constitution
against all enemies foreign and domesticdo after the guns of law-abiding
Americans were unlawfully confiscated? They passed a law that made it illegal to
take guns from law-abiding citizens.”
 “90 percent of the guns that are returned to the United States by Mexico originally
came from Americabut no one knows how many guns aren’t returned or how
Mexico decides which guns to return.”
 Glenn Beck’s proposed ‘trust indicator’: “When the sales of guns and bullets goes
down, it means that the American people have more trust in their government. When
those sales rise, it means their trust in the government to protect them and their
property is falling.”
Enemies Within: Tread Carefully
 According to a Rasmussen survey, 7 percent of Americans are defined as the ‘political
class’ who:

1) Trust the judgment of political leaders more than the American public,
2) Reject the notion that government is a special-interest group primarily watching out
for itself,
3) Believe that big business and big government work together for the interests of
investors and consumers.
 “51 percent of all Americans have a ‘favorable’ view of the nationwide Tea Parties,
and another 32 percent have a ‘very favorable’ viewa full 81 percent of people who
identify themselves as part of the ‘political class’ have either an ‘unfavorable’ or
‘highly unfavorable’ view.”
 “Progressives….wanted to develop a structure where children were ‘equal
participants’ with their teachers in a classroom community. But it hasn’t worked.
Consider that:
1) Only 34.6 percent of the kids in Baltimore city’s public school system received a high
school diploma in 2004;
2) The Indianapolis public school system handed out diplomas to just 30.5 percent of its
students;
3) Detroit’s public school system struggled to have 25 percent of its students qualify for
a high school diploma;
4) 45.2 percent of New York City public school kids graduated with a high school
diploma.”
 “The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, which has been ratified
by every U.N. member except the United States and Somalia, requires that countries
give children certain ‘rights’, including: access to education and health care; programs

The Anarchic Insurgence proposes Ashdown Wortham, an egalitarian community with
egalitarianism as our core value. Egalitarianism, in this instance, is defined as “a
political doctrine that holds that all people should be treated as equals and have the same
political, economic, social, and civil rights.” The community would be voluntarily
comprised of individuals who understand and agree that they all have “equal access to
resources and to decision-making power.”
The ultimate desired effect is for overall, national change. But we cannot expect
this overnight. It must be a gradual
transformation. And this starts, we
believe, with a private commune
owned by the organization. If the
government notices a significant
amount of people rebelling against
its ludicrous laws, then it will
signify to them a threat, however
minimal or severe. Any rebellion
in these times poses a threat to its
power. And so they may be more
inclined to listen to our demands.
The community would
include the services people need on
a daily basis to survive.
Unfortunately, luxury services and
items would be inaccessible unless
they could be somehow acquired
without the need for currency. The
community would include such
necessities as a grocer, church (if
applicable), doctor (preferably
called a shaman within the
village), seamstress, farmer, etc. In
this community, since we are
attempting to abolish capitalism
and the need for currency, services
and supplies will be exchanged for other services and supplies, literally a bartering system
in which goods and services are directly exchanged for other goods and/or services

without a common unit of exchange (without the use of money).
According to Wikipedia, “barter usually replaces money as the method of
exchange in times of monetary crisis, when the currency is unstable and devalued by
hyperinflation.
In the United States, the sales a barter exchange makes are considered taxable
revenue by the IRS and the gross amount of a barter exchange member’s sales are
reported to the IRS by the barter exchange via a 1099-B form.”
To that, I say for them to fuck themselves. If I decide to exchange my shit for
your shit (both which have either already been purchased or been brought into existence
by your nurturing and raising) then that exchange is strictly between you and I. The
government can rot in hell because it is possible they were already paid for one of our
items and if they weren’t, tough shit. They won’t get a cent out of me and I would like to
hope they won’t get a cent out of you, either.

The youngest of these listed is six-years-old and that is quite amazing. Six years is a long
time without incident for the people to govern themselves and live according to ways
which are anti-government. The oldest of these listed is almost fifty-years-old! It is not
undoable. In fact, it is very doable. But the government will use any and all available
resources to discourage us and convince us that we are evil by nature and incapable of
holding our own community together. Below is a little more information regarding the
above communities:
Acorn Community
Located in rural Virginia; has 15 members and 3 interns living on 75 acres; mostly
vegetarian diet, they have no livestock; they have a work quota of 42 hours a week and all
adult members are expected to work; the buildings include a 12-bedroom custom-built
community house, a 4-bedroom traditional clapboard farmhouse, an old barn converted to
additional living space with 3 bedrooms and a Quonset hut for a wood shop, seed
processing facilities and long term seed storage freezers.
East Wind Community
Located in the Missouri Ozarks; owns 1,045 acres of land and several businesses; their
goal is peace, social justice, and economic and social democracy; several income sources

include a nut butter business, “Utopian Rope Sandals” and previously handmade drums;
members are required to work a certain number of hours per week and each member is
provided with food, shelter, clothing, medical care, education and a monthly discretionary
fund; they live in dorm style buildings and there is a central dining hall, laundry and
shower house and there are several personal shelters designed as doubles for couples and
visitors.
The Emma Goldman Finishing School
Community consists of seven adults and one 16-month-old; the Finishing School was a
large single-family residence that has been converted into apartments and is now a four-
story house with twelve bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room, living room, studio, common
room, meeting room, an office, two storage/pantry areas, laundry room, large basement
workshop and a full bathroom on each floor; their stated purpose is to “create a free
society, a world with freedom of expression, or hierarchy, where power is shared
equally.”
Kommune !iederkaufungen
The community is situated in a complex of former farm buildings in the historic center of
the village of Niederkaufungen; it presently has 62 adults and nearly 20 children and
teens; they have five main core principles and they are left-wing politics, consensus
decision-making, a completely communal income sharing economy, a reduction of
hierarchical and patriarchal structures and work in collectives; most members work in
collectives owned by the commune including carpentry/joinery workshop, seminar center,
group of non-violent communication trainers, building firm, smithing/metal workshop,
organic food catering firm, organic market garden with farm shop, fruit/orchard
collective, EU certified organic dairy farm with cheese making, kindergarten,
administration/community consultancy group, day-care center for the elderly,
physiotherapy practice; members live in groups, two are womens’, one is mens’ and
another is mixed but each individual has his/her own room; ecological steps that have
been taken include cogeneration, log-burning central heating, photovoltaic plant; solar
panel on residential building, rainwater harvesting, compact fluorescent lamps, thermal
insulation and double glazing.
L’Arche
Faith-based communities for people with learning disabilities; it is a worldwide
organization with widespread communities; communities are funded differently,
depending on where they are.
Oran Mór
Situated on 113 acres of land in Missouri Ozarks; they embrace the following values:
living simply in harmony with the environment, considering sustainability, ecology and
the effect of their actions on the next seven generations, living with a positive, loving
focus, resolving their differences non-violently, valuing cooperation and sharing, and
fostering respect, honesty and responsibility in all relationships, encouraging and
supporting individual creative expression and spiritual development, enjoying each other
and celebrating each person’s unique contribution to community; they celebrate eight
major holidays (which they call Great Days): Yule, Imbolc, Ostara, Beltane, Midsummer,
Lughnassad, Mabon and Samhain; they do not work in celebration of the Full Moon and
the New Moon; they practice nude gardening in the summertime; it is a smoke-free

community; they have no television, are attempting to minimize their consumption of
petroleum and do not permit firearms; they have no air-conditioning but instead use fans
and drink water to beat the heat; they currently have just three members in residence.
Twin Oaks Community
Community is located in Louisa County, Virginia; it is inhabited by about 100 people;
core values include non-violence, egalitarianism, feminism, cooperation, ecology and
income-sharing; each member works 42 hours a week; 20% of the population is non-
white; they live in 8 very large houses spread across the community and each member has
his/her own bedroom but shares bathrooms and kitchen space with others; there are 13
children and half of them are home-schooled; each member receives $70 discretionary
each month for whatever luxury he needs; members stay an average of 7 years; main
source of income is its hammocks business; the entire community consumes fewer
resources than the average Virginia resident due to its practice in income and resource
sharing.

Citizens’ Living Arrangements


A complex of dwellings built together, one dwelling per single member. Each member’s
dwelling will be furnished with the three necessary rooms: a bedroom, bathroom and
efficient living area. Each room will also be furnished with the bare necessities: in the
bedroom, a twin sized bed, a nightstand and storage space for a wardrobe; in the
bathroom, a toilet, sink and shower; in the living area, a sofa, loveseat or chair, two tables
and a bookshelf. The complex of dwellings must be constructed in such a way that there
are at least two windows (one in any two rooms) per dwelling.

For couples and/or families, individual dwellings shall be constructed in a perimeter


surrounding the complex of dwellings. However, dwellings for couples and/or families
are to still be constructed efficiently. For couples: a bedroom with a double bed, one
bathroom and an efficient living area. Each room will also be furnished with the bare
necessities: in the bedroom, a double bed, two nightstands and storage space for a
wardrobe; in the bathroom, a toilet, sink and shower; in the living area, a sofa, loveseat or
chair, two tables and a bookshelf. For families: a main bedroom for the parents/guardians
with a double bed, additional bedrooms for the children (one bedroom per child unless
they are of the same sex and similar in age, in which case they might share a room), a
nursery for infants (if needed), one bathroom and an efficient living area. Each room will
also be furnished with the bare necessities: the main bedroom with a double bed, two
nightstands and storage space for a wardrobe; if two children of the same sex similar in
age are sharing a room, then in their room will be two twin beds, one nightstand in the
middle of the two and storage space for the combined wardrobes; If each child requires

his/her own room, then each room will have one twin bed, one nightstand and storage
space for a wardrobe; in the bathroom, a toilet, sink and shower; in the living area, a sofa,
loveseat or chair, two tables and a bookshelf.

Food and Dining


There will be a central dining hall and food storage area within close proximity to the
dwellings that will be open 24 hours a day, but rather than a uniform, cafeteria-like
setting it will be constructed to resemble a diner or café, something unique within the
community to give the residents a sense of atmosphere. It will have a fully functional
kitchen and an expansive, cozy dining area. All residents will have equal access to the
kitchen and to any of the food stored there, but they must only prepare what they are
willing to consume.

The food available will be determined based on what crops and livestock the community
has access to.

Water
To cut back on the need for currency, Ashdown Wortham will practice rainwater
harvesting by allow it to run from downspouts into sterilized containers with very fine
screen filters with which to keep out insects and leaves. Once the containers nears full,
we will pump the harvested water to other storage areas and the collected water will be
used in bathrooms, laundry rooms and for farming/gardening.

The community will rely on a massive water well system to provide water for the showers
and sinks and to provide water for cooking and farming/gardening.

Hygienic Products
Ashdown Wortham will make its own hygienic products to provide the residents, and we
will also provide the resources to the residents if they wish to make their own hygienic
products.

Electricity
Unfortunately, this is one utility the community will need until a similarly efficient but
costless method becomes available. Even so, we will use the least amount of outlets we
possibly can while still attempting to remain efficient. Residents may choose whether to
have electricity in their dwellings (such as couples or families). Single residents may
decide the sizes of their dwellings require no more than a fair amount of candlelight or
firelight. In an attempt to save on electricity consumption and costs:
 We will use fluorescent light bulbs where needed
 Residents are welcome to own computers if they wish, but we ask that they consider
laptops rather than desktops given the sheer efficiency of the dwellings. Also, laptops
use 70%-90% less energy than a desktop computer does. Outlets will be available in
the 24-hour dining hall and residents may use the dining hall at any time to plug in
their laptops for use.
 We will only use electric products bearing the Energy Star logo

 Electrical heaters will be provided to the residents for their dwellings
 We will use weather-stripping on all windows and doors
 Any and all pipes will be insulated
 Water heater temperature will be reduced to 110 degrees
 Each and every resident will be provided with a full-size 100% acrylic blankets

Meetings
There will be a small meeting area built central to the dwellings in which everyone that is
part of the community will meet to discuss the goings-on in the community. Meetings
will be held Monday through Thursday at a time chosen by all of the residents by
consensus. During the meeting, if there is an issue anyone wants or needs to discuss, we
will do so with an open-mind and in a constructive, unbiased manner. Discussions may
be submitted anonymously but they will still be discussed in an attempt to make sure
everyone within the community is comfortable and satisfied with their daily lives. All
decisions, big and small, will be determined by consensus. If a decision cannot be
reached among the people then the community will rely on the previous method of that
particular activity until a new negotiation can be reached. Meetings will not be held
Friday through Sunday, unless emergency situations call for one.

Recreation
Television is a luxury in a mostly organic community. However, due to income and
resource sharing, there may arise the option to have at least one central television.
Depending on the community budget, there may be more. Residents may venture outside
of the community seeking recreational activities if they wish.

Income and Resource Sharing


Residents are not required to have jobs to become residents within the community but in
order to create a harmonious environment we believe in helping our sisters and brethren
by sharing with them what we have and they reciprocate. The community will rely
MOSTLY on a system of barter, but any necessary income will be needed to sustain any
electricity the community has and uses.

A discretionary monthly allowance will be decided depending upon the community’s total
income and this will be distributed to each and every adult resident for them to spend as
they please, within or outside the community.

The community will also depend on mutual aid and the cooperation of its residents with
this system, “exchanging labor and resources for the benefit of group and individual
alike.”

Residency
Residency within the community is not automatically issued because of your membership
with the organization. However, in order to become a resident of the community, you
must first become a member of the organization. Separate residency forms are available
for members interested in becoming residents.

The community will have an organic farm and we hope to have an adequate supply of
each of the following:

We hope to have an adequate number of the following livestock and farmed birds:
 Cattle (meat, dairy, leather)

 Horses (will be used as mounts)
 Pigs (meat, leather)
Other uses of our livestock will be for fertilizer and land management.
The community hopes to grow an adequate supply of the following fruits:

 Peanuts
 Açai
Different various recipes will be made available to the residents dependent upon these
ingredients.

Pets
Residents may have as many pets as they wish and they may be kept inside the dwellings
if the resident so chooses. We only ask that you keep your dwelling clean and sanitary for
your own sake. If you have a pet and would like for him/her to stay outside, then we can
construct a outside houses for them within a fenced in area so they cannot escape and so
other animals cannot come in.

Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms
All of the above are permitted on the grounds. We prefer the alcohol intake to be in
moderation and we expect any possible firearms to be used strictly for either the
protection of you and your family or of the community. Use for any other illegal reason
is prohibited.

A drawing at the end of this handbook will depict the initial design for the proposed
community. Please keep in mind that without mutual aid and implementing the bartering
system, the community of Ashdown Wortham will remain a mere proposition instead of a
reality.

Holidays
Ashdown Wortham will celebrate many of the holidays already celebrated by our nation.
A total list of holidays would be celebrated would be: Christmas, Thanksgiving, July 4th,
New Years Day, Veteran’s Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Palm Sunday, Easter,
Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Grandparents’ Day, Flag Day, Independence Day,
Halloween, First Sunday of Advent and Good Friday. On these days, any work normally
performed within the community will cease in observance and celebration.

Before we continue on with the other features, let me first describe the Apps made
available to members via the administrator’s profile:

 BlogTalkRadio - this is an online radio show and while we have made it readily
available, it still is a work in progress. We have no episodes, discussions or links
ready for the talk show yet but once it becomes active, all members feel free to submit
your own stories, opinions, etc.
 Box.net Files - this is where we have uploaded files and documents for members and
officers to download. This tool will definitely prove handy for any members that
happen to be too far away to meet with us personally.
 Tungle.me - this tool is to help the secretary of the organization arrange meetings and
events with other members of the group.

The Members page features everyone who has signed up with the organization’s network.
It displays the thumbnail view of their profile pic, their display name, sex and location. It
also shows you whether they are online or not. You can use the quick links beside each
members thumbnail view to send them comments, give them a virtual gift and/or feature
them on your page. You can view members by typing in keywords or by using the
dropdown box and search by Recently Added, Alphabetical or Random.

The Photos page features the total number of photographs uploaded onto the network.
The total number is displayed in parentheses. You can organize the photos by clicking on
either All Photos, All Albums, My Photos, My Albums or My Favorites. You can also
type in keywords since users also tag their photos to help make them easier to find, or you
can use the dropdown box and search by Latest, Top Rated, Most Popular or Random.
When you click on a photo, a larger image of it appears and below it you can see the
caption (if there is one), its star rating, the tags users have labeled it with, the photo album
it belongs to and how many views it’s had. You also have the option to view the full size,
edit the photo, edit the tags and/or delete the photo. You can share it on other sites, add it
to your favorites or feature it on your page. Beneath all this is a place for you to offer
your comments on the pic.

The Videos page is very similar to the Photos page. It features the total number of videos
uploaded onto the network. The total number is displayed in parentheses. You can
organize the videos by clicking on either All Videos, My Videos or My Favorites. You
can also type in keywords since users also tag their videos to help make them easier to
find, or you can use the dropdown box and search by Latest, Top Rated, Most Popular or
Random. When you click on a video, a larger image of it appears and it begins to play
automatically. To the right-side of the video you will see an itemized list of latest videos.
Beneath the video will be a summary of what the video is of, its star rating, the tags users
have labeled it with and how many views it’s had. You have the option of embedding the
video to another site, editing the video, editing the tags and/or delete the video. You can
share it on other sites, add it to your favorites or feature it on your page. Beneath all this
is a place for you to offer your comments on the video.

The Forum page features the total number of discussions in parentheses. You also have
the option to narrow your search by clicking on either All Discussions or My Discussions.
You can also search discussions by typing in keywords or by using the dropdown box to
search by Categories or Discussions. Categories is when someone starts a discussion and
then categorizes it with the dropdown box. Discussions are even further broken down
under Categories into either Untitled Category or Uncategorized. Each one tells you how
many discussions they have and the latest activity. Clicking on one or the other will give
you a more detailed list of the discussions within. If you use the dropdown box to find
discussions and you click on Discussion instead of Categories, it lists the discussions by
name and then tells you how many replies it has and what the latest activity was. Under
Discussions, you can narrow the search further by using the another dropdown box to
search by Latest Activity, Newest Discussions or Most Popular. When you click on a
discussion, at the bottom, you have the option to reply to the main post and view replies
already made. Admin options include featuring the post on the profile, editing the
discussion, closing the discussion, editing its identifying tags and deleting the discussion.

The Events page features calendars for two months on the right-hand side and a list of
Popular Event Types. You can narrow your search by clicking on All Events or My
Events; you can type in keywords to search events with; or by clicking on any of the
keywords listed beneath the Popular Event Types. When you enter a keyword or click on
one, any events beneath that category will appear in summary. You must click on the title
of the event to view it in full detail which includes:

 Event Details - time, location, street, city/town, event type, organized by and latest
activity. You also have the option to export the event to Outlook or iCal.
 Event Description - this describes the event in full.
 Comment Wall - this is where members and/or officers can offer their comments or
questions about the event and view comments already made.
 Admin Options - feature, edit event, delete event.

The Blogs page features many different ways to organize and search for blog posts and
they include:

The Rebel’s Dispatch Radio tab features the BlogTalkRadio App in its own window. At
the time this description of it is being written (11/20/09) it is disabled and not active. We
are working on material for it right now.

For whomever manages the network and logs in with the administrator’s information, the
Manage tab is for him/her. This is where all the power of the network resides. It
includes the options to:

We have a ten-page Membership Application available to anyone interested in becoming
a member.

We want to make absolute sure our potential members are serious about becoming
members of The Anarchic Insurgence and so we think it wise for them to look over the
handbook before requesting a membership application. However, it is not required for
you to read the handbook before filling out an application. All official members are
required to have a handbook in possession. Becoming a member does not mean you are
required to register with any of our sites, although we believe it would be easier to keep
up with them all if they did! ☺
We are confident that members who complete the application are serious enough.
However, the completed applications will still be reviewed and considered by all
appropriate parties before gaining approval.
Also, having a membership with the organization does not automatically make
you a resident of the Ashdown Wortham community (whenever it is
constructed/completed). However, you must be a member with the organization to apply

Officers have some of the greatest responsibilities. They help the Founder and the Right-
hand keep the organization in smooth, running order. It is for this reason that we require
officer applicants to be eighteen-years-old or older. Anyone can apply but not just anyone
can become an officer of the organization. Since so much information is being put into
the hands of these individuals they must be loyal and dedicated and especially
trustworthy. We must ensure that officers will appreciate the seriousness of our
organization and our mission and not take their responsibilities for granted. Below, we
have highlighted the most important characteristics we look for in potential officers:

 Applicants must be 18 or older


 They may not already belong to another anarchist group, faction or organization
 Applicants must be able to dedicate some of their free time to the organization
 Officers are required to attend all meetings and events
 Applicants must be prepared to work closely with the Founder and Right-hand
 Applicants must become familiar with the forms they are responsible for by obtaining
and reading the Volunteer Work Manual
 Applicants must be familiar enough with our Platform to be able to summarize it to
people asking for information. They do not need to know it word for word
 They must be able to answer questions efficiently and refer people to the appropriate
officer if they cannot assist
 Applicants must be prepared to check in daily with our websites
 Applicants must be prepared to promote our organization at any given opportunity
 In the event the community of Ashdown Wortham is made a reality, officers must be
prepared to perform the same services within the bounds of the community as they do
on the outside

In the event an officer performs certain activities which the Founder has deemed
inappropriate of the position in question, the Founder and the Right Hand (and extra
witnesses if deemed necessary) will gather with the accused to sign and present the
officer with a Notice of Officer Separation, which means the officer and his/her services
are no longer needed or accepted. As in accordance with the waiver on the Officer
Requisition, officers that have been stripped of their titles and duties may always appeal
to the organization in an attempt to reacquire their position or apply for a new one. An
appeal form and extra Officer Requisition automatically come with the Notice of Officer
Separation for these purposes.

These waivers are included on both the member applications and officer applications and
applicants for either must read them thoroughly and make sure they understand them
before signing their names on the appropriate application. If there are any questions,
please make sure they are answered for you and that you understand the waivers before
signing your name.

Waiver of Liability and Release


I, the applicant and below-signed, waive the organization of The Anarchic Insurgence, its
officers, agents, members and employees from and against any and all claims, demands,
action or causes of action for costs, expenses or damages to personal property, personal
injury or death which may result from any causes during my association with the
organization of The Anarchic Insurgence.

I understand and admit that my association with The Anarchic Insurgence is voluntary. I
assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages resulting from my participation in
this organization including responsibility for using reasonable judgment in all phases of
participation of the organization and travel to and from any of the organization’s events
meetings or any and all other gatherings on this organization’s behalf. I understand that
my affiliation with this organization is not totally without risk, that any and all outside
persons, parties or organizations have the potential to oppose my affiliation with The
Anarchic Insurgence and at any time can pose a threat to my safety and/or participation.
Therefore, I recognize and understand that the activities may be hazardous, that my
participation is solely at my own risk and that I assume full responsibility for any
resulting injuries and damages.

I understand that if, at any time and for whatever reason, I am injured or harmed while
participating in any of the organization’s activities, that it is my responsibility to notify
the appropriate person of the injury and provide them with emergency medical
information.

I acknowledge that I have read and understand this entire Waiver of Liability and Release
and that I am legally bound by it.

Illegal Activity Waiver


I, the applicant and below-signed, understand that the organization of The Anarchic
Insurgence will never ask me to participate in or be associated with any illegal activities; I
understand that any illegal activities I participate in or become associated with are not on
behalf of The Anarchic Insurgence and therefore waive them of any and all liabilities.

Any and all illegal activity I initiate or become associated with is on my own behalf and
in no way to benefit, advocate and/or promote the organization of The Anarchic
Insurgence.

I acknowledge that I have read and understand this entire Illegal Activity Waiver and that
I am legally bound by it.

Privacy Policy
I understand that the organization of The Anarchic Insurgence will always keep my
information private and confidential, regardless of the subject matter. I understand that,
similarly, I am expected to keep all aspects of the organization private and confidential
from outside sources, no matter the influence.

If, for some reason, I am dismissed from my position, even though I am no longer bound
by the organization to keep their secrets and operations silent, I will still respect The
Anarchic Insurgence as an organization that is attempting to make a difference for the
American citizens and will, out of respect for them, not mention anything about the
organization to anyone for any reason.

I acknowledge that I have read and understand this entire Privacy Policy and that I am
legally bound by it.

Duration of Unpaid Assistance


I understand that I will remain an officer of the organization unless, for any of the
following reasons, my title is stripped and my services will no longer be needed:
 My affiliation with the organization poses problems with my employer, spouse and/or
family;
 I perform or am associated with certain illegal activities which the Founder has
decided is unacceptable;
 I take from the organization and/or any of its members, agents, employees, affiliates
and/or other officers;
 I show a disinterest with my position for which I applied, which I swore to seriously
execute the entirety of my affiliation with the organization
 I am found to be affiliated with an opposing organization, person(s) or party, of which
I was affiliated with before I applied to become and became an officer of the
organization
I agree to perform the duties I am assigned to the best of my ability and to take serious the
responsibilities of my position. I understand that at any time, I myself may terminate my
position and affiliation with The Anarchic Insurgence, and I may do so without ridicule
and/or consequence. I understand that if I am terminated from my position for whatever
reason, even if for any of the reasons listed above, I can appeal with the organization to
return me to the position from which I was dismissed.

I acknowledge that I have read and understand this entire Duration of Unpaid Assistance
Waiver and I am legally bound by it.

Fees and Donations.
I understand that I am not expected to pay any fees for my affiliation with the
organization and that any donations I may ever make, affiliated with the organization or
not, I made of my own accord, without force or coercion from anyone in the organization.

I acknowledge that I have read and understand this entire Fees and Donations Waiver and
I am legally bound by it.

Truthful Information.
I, the applicant and below-signed, hereby swear that the information I have provided
throughout this entire requisition is fact, and that I answered each and every question
truthfully to the best of my ability and that nothing I have provided in this application has
been forged or falsely portrayed.

Regarding Ashdown Wortham.


In the event this proposed community is developed and I am asked to voluntarily offer my
services within its walls as I did outside them, I understand and readily accept that the
following areas of my life and the lives of others will change:
 A system of barter will be used. Capitalism and any form of currency will have no
place in the community.
 Any and all decisions will be made by consensus, not vote, which means everyone
will gather in an organized manner and come to a negotiated agreement.
 Punishment for offenders of freedom will be decided by the direct victims of the
crimes.
 The citizens of the Ashdown Wortham community will participate in mutual aid, and
assist each other.
 There is always the possibility of expansion in the organization and community, if my
organization merges with another.
 Parents (if applicable) will decide what their children can and cannot do.
 I will give up luxuries to live within the community, such as electricity, automatic
transportation, telephone, etc. unless such luxuries can be reproduced without the use
of currency.
 I have read the Ashdown Wortham section of The Anarchic Insurgence Handbook
and understand and am in agreement with all ideals and aspects of the proposed
community.

Direct Action, Civil Disobedience and Other Rebellious Activities.


Direct action, according to Wikipedia, is “politically motivated activity undertaken by
individuals, groups, or governments to achieve political goals outside of normal
social/political channels. It can include nonviolent and violent activities which target
persons, groups, or property deemed offensive to the direct action participant.” Civil
disobedience, according to Wikipedia, is “the active refusal to obey certain laws,
demands and commands of a government, or of an occupying power. It is one of the
primary methods of nonviolent resistance. In its most nonviolent form it could be said

that it is compassion in the form of respectful disagreement.”

I have read and understand the above terms and definitions and understand and accept
that these types of non-violent, peaceful rebellious activities will be the only ones in
which The Anarchic Insurgence may participate. I understand that I have the option of
not participating in these activities, but I also understand and acknowledge that if I do
choose to participate that I, along with other members of the organization, face arrest and
trial but that any members and officers of the organization on the outside will act as my
advocates and I release them of any legal liabilities.

Meetings. Meetings will be when the organization’s members and officers gather
together to determine a course of action. All decisions will be made by consensus and we
will discuss an issue until everyone comes to an agreement.

Freedom Assembly. These are public events in which the organization (members and
officers) intermingle with the public promoting The Anarchic Insurgence, selling any
available merchandise, providing information to the general public and openly looking for
new members.

Civil Disobedience / Direct Action. We will rotate the issues for which we stand and
design creative, effective materials to use at our disposal. Activities in this category may
include anything from picketing, boycotting and sit-in’s to strikes and other activities.

Events. Other events we might participate it may be simple fundraisers, merchandise


sales, press conferences and/or concerts or screenings.
