Nowadays, fewer young people are willing to consider a career in teaching.


What do you think are the causes of this?
What can the government do to encourage young people to become teachers?

It is true that there are fewer and fewer young people who want to become a
teacher. There are a variety of causes of this phenomenon, but steps could be Commented [H1]: Various + causes nhng variety of

In my opinion, two main factors are can be used to explained why teaching is not
an interesting career in among young people. The first reason is that the daily
amount of work of a teacher making teacher could notmight make him find it
hard to balance their his life. On average, each teacher usually spend from 7 to 9
hours teaching at school and the whole their night calculating grades, writing
reports or lesson plans, and hence,so they do not get enough time to participate
in hobby,pursue their hobbies, relax themselves and take care of their family.
Young people do not choose profession in teaching because their salaries are too
low. For instance, in my country, the annual salary of teacher is around $2500
which is 27% the average salary in other countries. With the size of the salary, it is
