Buyog, a resident of Dumaguete City, Philippines declares that he is the registered owner of Stall No. 11 in the Public Market. 2) Due to being detained at the City Jail, he can no longer operate the business and transfers ownership to his mother in consideration of his love and affection for her. 3) He signs the waiver of rights on July 27, 2017 in Dumaguete City transferring all his rights and interests in the stall and business to his mother.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ____________, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Brgy.


Tabuctubig, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, Philippines, do hereby declare
as follows:

WITNESSETH:
That I am the registered owner of Stall No. 11, Fruits and Vegetable
Section, situated in the Public Market, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental;

That I could no longer supervise the daily operation of the aforesaid


business because of I am presently detained at the City Jail of Dumaguete;

FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of my love and affection to my mother, I


hereby by these presents QUITCLAIM, TRANSFER and CONVEY, all my
rights, interests and participation on the aforesaid stall and business unto and
in favor of ______________, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of
Brgy. Tabuctubig, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, Philippines.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 27th day of


July 2017 at Dumaguete City, Philippines.
