Emcee Rubric

The rubric evaluates emcees on preparation, delivery, stage presence, projection and clarity, and enthusiasm. An excellent rating requires obvious preparation, confidence, appropriate stage presence, clear speaking, and an energized performance. A good rating means some preparation is evident and potential is shown, though minor improvements may be needed in areas like projection or consistency. A fair rating indicates a performance that is sometimes confident or exciting but needs work in areas such as stage presence or clarity. A poor rating signifies a lack of preparation or confidence and large improvements needed in all areas like enthusiasm and projection.
