Effective Microbe (EM1) : How To Make EM-1 Inoculants (Lactobacillus Culture) Effective Microorganisms

This document provides instructions for making an Effective Microbe 1 (EM-1) inoculant using rice, water, milk, molasses, and jars. The process involves fermenting rice in water for 5-7 days, then adding that liquid to milk in a 1:10 ratio and fermenting for another 5-7 days. The resulting curds are removed and the yellow serum contains the EM-1 culture, which is stored in the refrigerator for up to a year after adding molasses and can be applied to plants or fed to animals.
