7-Eleven Malaysia Holdings Berhad, an investment holding company, owns,


operates, and franchises a chain of convenience stores under the 7-Eleven brand names in
Malaysia. The company operates through Convenience Stores and Others segments. The
companys stores offer a range of grocery and food items, including various chicken items
with scrambled egg, Mayo tuna, or spicy tuna; and soft drinks, frozen and hot beverages,
breads, muffins, cake slices, donuts, chocolate oatmeal, chocolate chips, cranberry oatmeal
cookies, and blueberry, strawberry, pineapple shortbreads. It also provides bill payment
services, mobile phone reload cards, IDD/STD, Touch N Go reload, Internet games' starter
packs, reloads through MOL Point top-up, ink cartridge refill, photocopying, fax, automated
teller machine, and bulletin board for neighbourhood community notices.

In addition, the company is involved in property investment business. As of 10


September, 2017, it operated a network of 2,205 convenience stores in Malaysia and keeps
growing in all cities in Malaysia. The company was formerly known as Seven Convenience
Berhad. The company was founded in 1927 and is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 7-Eleven
Malaysia Holdings Berhad is a subsidiary of Berjaya Retail Berhad.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Retail Store Manager
Job Location: 225, Jalan S2 B10, Uptown Avenue, Seremban 2, 70300 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan

As a Store Manager, essentially run a small business, with an international company behind.
Oversee the store operations, supervise employees, manage inventory and promote 7-
Eleven to customers and community. Applicants are able to maximize sales and profits by
using sound business practices to implement the 7-Eleven strategy.

Responsibilities
Oversee store operations, supervise employees and manage inventory
Develop successful sales plans to grow your store's profitability
Implement new product lines and create strategies to introduce and promote them to
our customers
Set standards and model behaviour for optimum customer service
Recruit, train, develop and motivate your employees
Promote 7-Eleven to your customers and community

Qualification and Experience


Minimum two years of retail/food-service management experience or Bachelor's
Degree in related field
High school diploma or equivalent required
Solid problem-solving, analytical and time-management skills
Strong communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Willingness to work "on call"
Desire to be part of a performance-driven team
