DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Prefab House Nepal Pvt. Ltd has exclusive design and engineering technology for prefab house,
prefab school, community hospitals, warehouse which is made of the heavy metal structure and
cement-board/UPVC Cladding as wall paneling and strength rolling channel outside on the wall
with CGI sheet on the roof. The House has strong foundation on the ground with pillar as metal pipe
and beam connected with nut-bolt system and pre foundation prefab block is installed in the
beginning. It can be easily fabricated, customized and is a robust solution for shelter, teaching
learning center development. It can be moved by a truck all of its part if required but it requires
special heavy machines. Also, the house can be built as 2 floors. The useful life span is more than
25 years.

Our new design just need simple tools to assemble.Each worker can assemble 30-
40 square meters everyday.6 workers can finish 400 square meters prefab house in 2 days. It is
especially suitable for emergency projects.

The steel frame is very stable and durable, and with the EPS panels the house have good
Thermal insulation and noise control performance. The service time can be 20 years.

6. The house can be recycle used for 20 times, and there will very litter damage caused when
the house disassembled. The wall panels and roof panels and other components are manu
factured in factory, so there is almost no building waste.

The whole structure include wall panels and roof panels is all together, so you dont need to wo
rry about the collapse in strong wind and strong earthquake. The house can proof 150Km/H wi
nd and 8 Grade Earthquake.
