"This has been a labor of love for me. The name does not refer to any person in real life, it just fit the piece. I have spent months improvising on this theme, but it never seemed to click as a unified piece until one day about a month ago, when I was recording. I liked that recording so much that I transcribed the entire thing by ear, made a few minor adjustments, and then here we are!
This piece is intended to be played with extreme liberty on the pianist's part. Download the score yourself to see all the invisible tempo changes everywhere to make it sound exactly the way I played it, or listen to the attached live recording.
Also, I wanted to wait on uploading this piece, but have decided against it for now. Long story short I have been putting the past year into effect planning, researching, researching, and MORE researching into making a proper youtube channel. I have started singing lessons, and have been hard at work building a fully foam padded vocal booth in my basement for recording purposes. I hope to start on youtube soon featuring myself singing various cover songs, as well as some original instrumental music. However, I don't expect to upload anything to the channel for a few months at least, so I am trying to build up a reservoir of content so that I'll have a lot of wiggle room to create and still be able to upload on a regular basis. Wish me luck! ^_^"
