Strengths of the lesson:

1. Planned lesson. The teacher had shown good knowledge of lesson


planning. The Starter, Main teaching, Activities and Evaluation is
properly carried out.
2. Prior knowledge- taking into consideration the childrens
knowledge is of great help for you to easily get their attention by
allowing them feel that they Belong for they know something
about the lesson.
3. Model the lesson activities Successfully impart knowledge
through proper modelling of the lesson activities. (Planting the
seed to for children to see in Explain part of lesson plan.)

4. Assessment of learning Good use of mini plenaries. The use of


thumbs up and thumbs down and mini questions throughout the
lesson.
5. Behavior Management:
The teacher was effective and to settle behavior issues. The use of
diverse styles in managing behavior had fully helped her to have a
successful lesson.

6. Effective use of time. Good time management. Greatly helped to


achieve lesson objectives by making sure each part of the lesson
is organized with enough time.

Areas for development:

1. Make use of class leaders- activities are more engaging ng if


students take the lead.
2. Grammar- be extra careful of how pronounce the words. The
letter sound especially your P and B., Has and have, is and are.
3. Energy- be more lively, this kind of students requires a full
spirited teacher. Give more colour to your voice and projects as
if youre a theater actress.
4. More students work less teacher talking.
Your goal should be : 20% of teacher talking and 80% students
work.
Students reflection on the feedback:

I agree with my MST that I have to make my voice more high,


energetic and colorful.

In the next lesson I would like to talk less and let students talk
and work more. Moreover, it is good idea to make use of leaders
and divide the roles on students to make them more responsible.
