Pre-Loop Checking Procedure
1) Prepare work-pack as per Conocophillips requirement
- Pre-Commissioning Status Index (PCSI) - Instrument / F&G Index (where applicable) - PCS / ESD / F&G / PDCS / PSD IO Schedule (where applicable) - Datasheet (where applicable) - Boundary Document - Cable Block Diagram - Plot Plan / P&ID - PC-I -ITR + Loop Diagram (in transparent plastic sheet cover) - *Any other documents necessary to perform the loop check
2) Check and confirm all construction works are 100% completed
3) Make line-walk for all construction jobs are in line with EDD documents 4) Make Red Line Mark-up if EDD documents are not same as site installation 5) Check and confirm all cables are correct connection (Cold Loop Check) 6) Check and confirm all core markings are correct on site 7) Record all devices’ serial numbers and write down in PC-ITR 8) For F&G devices, - connect to simulator and test the line break check - connect to Lap-top and download the Loop address/detail for each loop 9) Prepare and arrange Temporary Air Supply (if require) for valve function test 10) Prepare PC-ITR and apply CPTW to Conocophillips once get the DAC(I)
