Scheduling of lessons is done through the register ONLY, not through your teacher. You must inform a
manager on staff if you wish to cancel your lesson or wish to make any changes in your lesson schedule. It
is not the private instructors' responsibility to schedule or administrate their lessons in any way. This will
ensure that no misunderstandings over scheduling or payment occur.

PLEASE NOTE:
• All students taking lessons from Vertigo may register for a single session at a time or sign up for
the entire month to receive the Month Package discount. It is not permitted to convert into a
monthly package including prior lessons.
• Registration must occur at least 48 hours before the session desired (unless stated otherwise).
• Session(s) must be paid in full before the desired lesson(s) to be completely registered.
• Refunds are paid by check only, and are mailed within six weeks of refund request in writing or by
phone to the collection office. No refunds will be paid in cash. If you wish to pick up a refund
check in person, you must notify management at least one week in advance.

1 1-Hour Lesson (Weekly) - $29.99/session

4 1-Hour Lesson (Monthly) -$99.99/month

Additional Lessons on Monthly $19.99/session


-If you wish to pay for lessons one at a time, the $29.99 must be paid in full before the session.
-If you wish to pay for lessons monthly (receiving the $20 discount), the $99.99 must be paid in full
before the first session. A verbal reminder will be given on the fourth lesson reminding the participant of
the bill to begin the next month if he/she wishes to continue.

Absence/Schedule Policy
* Vertigo DOES NOT guarantee make-up lessons or classes for student absences. It is at the instructor’s discretion to
make up lessons or classes cancelled by the student.
* Vertigo DOES guarantee make-ups lessons/classes missed due to instructor’s absence or store closure.
• Make-up lessons are scheduled at the discretion of the teacher, and must be worked out accordingly.

Refunds/Reschedules
To reschedule a lesson, the change must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the start of the scheduled session.
Without notification 24 hours prior, absences will be considered a forfeit of the lesson, and refunds will not be given.
For full refund, a withdrawal form must be filled out 48 hours before the beginning of the scheduled session. Full
refunds cannot be granted to a monthly sign-up if lessons have already taken place.
