Cheat Codes

Use a text editor to edit the "gothic.ini" file in the game folder.
Change the "test mode 0" entry to "test mode 1" to enable cheat mode.
While playing a game, press one of the following keys to activate it's cheat fun
ction:
[F2] - Console
[F3] - Play in windows mode
[F4] - Normal mode
[F5] - Immobile camera
[F6] - Mobile camera
[F7] - Cycle trough game sections
[F8] - Health and mana refresh
Z - Character spins around
H - Character harms himself
K - Character vanishes in the ground (press multiple times)gothic.ini change
Type these cheat codes in the console:
cheat god - God Mode
cheat full - Health
goto waypoint - Teleport
print - Take a screenshot
load position - Load position
load game - Load Game
save - Save Game
version - Show game version
hurtswampschark - Swampschark hurts
harpie - Harpie
lurker - Lurker
lichtbringer - Artifact (for a Quest)
goto vob - Teleport
goto pos - Teleport to the Castle
insert [item] - Create an item

Get more cash with this promotional event which involves you typing "S", then ty
ping "Marin", yes marin, NOT marvin, pressing "S" again, and GETTING 1000 ORE! S
imple as that, my folks, I'm going to shut up. Press "S", then type "Marvin" and
press "S" again. If you do this right you will get MARVIN-MODE in the upper lef
t hand corner.
When you activate cheat mode (s key then Marvin then s again) u can press F2 to
bring up a little box in that box type edit attributes then press enter once don

n type what you want that thing two be this increases your str dex mana and heal
th u can also alter ada things in all u have to do is experiment. (=
Press [F2] during game play to display the console window. Type edit abilities t
o display
a menu of all your character's attributes. "lp" corresponds to skill, "xp" to ex
perience
points, "xp_next" to the experience points needed for the next level, "level" to
your
current level, "voice_pitch" to your vocal pitch, and "guild" to your guild numb
er.
Note: You can only use this trick to raise your level.
