True to its commitment to strengthen ties, foster cooperation, and develop linkages among
young entrepreneurs in ASEAN, the ASEAN Business Advisory Council is organizing-The 2nd
ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs Carnival on September 5 at the PICC Plenary Hall, Vicente
Sotto St. Pasay City, Philippines.

The 2nd ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs Carnival is the annual regional conference, exhibition,
meeting, networking, and awards venue for the young entrepreneurs of the ASEAN. This year’s
ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs Carnival with the theme: Partnering for Change, Creating the
Future will be the venue to launch the ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs Association.

In this regard, we would like to invite you and your institution to be part of this learning
opportunity.
