Intodction
A criminal act can encompass a wide range of activities, from civil infractions such
as illegal parking to internationally organized mass murder such as the 9/11 attacks.
The dataset generate because of this is huge. Whatever data when organised and
looked closely generates interestng pattern. The aim of this project is to analyse the
Indian crime statistic to try and find out the pattern in the crimes commited. Major
categories of data can be analysed, namely – civil case like theft, robery, domestic
violence against women and women harrasment.
The kind of pattern generated could give us a overview of the crime rate and detail.
For example - The dataset of women harrasment, when analysed, can give us the
location where it’s occurence is prominent or maybe the time of the day in which the
situation is hightened. Such analysis can help us keep a better secuirty at that place on
that particular time.
Literature Survey
This is a fairly new topic and a lot of literature is not present on it. The once that I
