JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

WE, SEBASTIANO HAMID PILAPIL, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married


and JULIANO PANONCE DESIDERIO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, and
with business address at J. Luna Avenue Corner Arca Street, Barangay Mabolo, Cebu
City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and say:

1. That we personally know one GODFREDO SYTENGCO MANZANO, who


is our long time neighbour and acquaintance as we had lived in the same locality for a
long time since birth. He was born November 10, 1956 in Brgy. Mabolo, Cebu City and
is the son of SPOUSES OCTAVIO ABATAYO MANZANO AND MARISOL
SYTENGCO.

2. That per his NSO Birth Certificate, his correct name is GODFREDO
SYTENGCO MANZANO. However, in his SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM (SSS for
brevity) his FIRST NAME AND MIDDLE NAME were erroneously typewritten as
“GODFEDO” instead of “GODFREDO” and “SITICO” instead if “SYTENGCO”.

3. That the names of “GODFREDO SYTENGCO MANZANO” and


“GODFEDO SITICO MANZANO” refer to one and the same person;

4. That we are not related in any way, either by consanguinity or affinity, to the
said GODFREDO SYTENGCO MANZANO, nor do we have any pecuniary interest in
this matter whatsoever;

5. That we are executing this AFFIDAVIT to establish the facts of the foregoing
and to establish the real identity of GODFREDO SYTENGCO MANZANO and for
any other legal purpose that this Affidavit may serve.
