Hi Chief Keefe, I called your anonymous tip line in reference to those murders.

I'll apologize up front if I come across as slightly abrasive. I'm seriously disgusted with law enforcement
refusing to do their jobs, and I'm definitely not counting on you doing yours.

My friend got scammed thru the mail. The idiots who scammed him are connected to those murders. I'm
NOT GUESSING. The idiots confessed to mail & wire fraud, as well as extortion.

Of course I went to the police, feds, you name it. I met with Mass State Police Trooper Mike Murphy in
Salem Mass on April 7, 2016. I said the 5th on the phone, but that's the day Trooper Murphy & Sgt Bob
LaBarge called me.

I tried to tell Trooper Murphy what I had for evidence, but he was texting with someone the entire time,
and I was put off. Got what I needed from him & left. Never heard back.

2 months later, June 20, 2016, 2 still unidentified maggots went to my friend's house looking for me and he
threatened to put a bullet in my head, while claiming to be various Law Enforcement.

2nd time he attacked me, 7/8/16, I video recorded the attack. We discussed the murders.

So, 2 months after I met with the Mass State Police about the Magee murders, someone threatens to
murder me. Then law enforcement let him continue to attack me for... Going on 2 years. The other mutt
remains completely unidentified.

So, this mutt named Steven Rand had me charged with wiretapping because of what they said while
attacking me.

You won't even believe the evidence they produced.

Keeping this short, Attorney Bob Solomon told a 3rd party about the murders. He attempted to claim it
was my imagination. I have video, fake law enforcement docs. A fake federal report, a statement. He
knows what's on the audio & assumes...?

The emails from Steven Rand I have that appear to be from the FBI....someone mentioned Bob Solomon
may have also used an email address also pretending to be FBI. I don't know. Every time I go to law
enforcement seeking help, I appear to only encounter dirty cops.

Check Mass Most Wanted. They have me branded as a material witness. You have my email address. If
you want the evidence. Too bad. I'm considering destroying it. Not sure yet. But I guarantee, I'm not
going to end up like David Rivera.

2 months after going to the Mass State Police, someone threatens to murder me and I never hear back. All
calls to law enforcement are recorded, correct? Did Sgt Bob LaBarge really give Steven Rand info on me? I
don't know. I don't understand why I'm under attack for coming forward.

I won't wait for your response. Because you're not going to respond. But, if you don't, then..when these
fleabags murder me, you can accept responsibility with Bob LaBarge.

If I'm called crazy ONE MORE TIME, I'm going public with all of it. I'm getting beat up for giving fools
evidence.

Also, since y'all are falsely claiming the Magee murders hasn't been solved, Suffolk County ADA
Wittenberg acknowledged I do have evidence on 3/23/17, BMC, courtroom 17 in front of Judge Sally Kelly.

Bob Solomon is definitely a person of interest. He openly attempted to conceal what these 2 mutts said, on
audio. He is. I'm not guessing.
