Vorwort
Dieses Dokument (EN 13119:2007) wurde vom Technischen Komitee CEN/TC 33 „Türen, Tore, Fenster,
Abschlüsse, Baubeschläge und Vorhangfassaden“ erarbeitet, dessen Sekretariat vom AFNOR gehalten wird.

Diese Europäische Norm muss den Status einer nationalen Norm erhalten, entweder durch Veröffentlichung
eines identischen Textes oder durch Anerkennung bis Oktober 2007, und etwaige entgegenstehende
nationale Normen müssen bis Oktober 2007 zurückgezogen werden.

Es wird keine bestehende Europäische Norm ersetzt.

Diese Europäische Norm ist Teil einer Reihe von Europäischen Normen zu Produkten für Vor-hangfassaden
und wird abgeleitet von der Produktterminologie, auf die Bezug genommen wird.

Diese Europäische Norm wurde unter einem Mandat erstellt, das dem CEN von der Kommission der
Europäischen Gemeinschaft und der Europäischen Freihandelsge-meinschaft erteilt wurde.

Die vorliegende Norm vervoll-ständigt eine Reihe von Normen über Vorhangfassaden zu Lei-
stungsanforderungen und Prüfver-fahren gemäß Produktnorm EN 13830.

Es kann auch auf die Terminologie von Fenstern und Türen verwiesen werden (EN 12519).

This document (EN 13119:2007) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 33 "Doors, windows,
shutters, building hardware and curtain walling", the secretariat of which is held by AFNOR.

This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by October 2007, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at
the latest by October 2007.

No existing European Standard is superseded.

This European Standard is part of a series of European Standards dedicated to curtain walling products and
derives from product terminology contained in various texts.

This European Standard has been prepared under a mandate given to CEN by the Commission of the
European Communities and the European Free Trade Association.

This European Standard complements a series of curtain walling standards for performance requirements and
methods of test as defined in the product standard EN 13830.

Reference can also be made to the terminology of windows and doors (EN 12519).
