MOTION TO ADMIT AMENDED COMPLAINT

Petitioner, by counsel, respectfully alleges the following:

1. A complaint was filed in this court;

2. Respondent has not yet filed any responsive pleading;

3. Petitioner seeks to amend her petition;

4. Rule 10, Sec. 2, provides that plaintiff may amend her


pleading as a matter of right at any time before any
responsive pleading is served on her;

5. Plaintiff attaches to this motion the amended


complaint to be admitted.

PRAYER

PREMISES CONSIDERED, it most respectfully asked that


the court will admit the amended complaint.

Other relief, just and equitable, is likewise prayed for.

Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. February 26, 2015.
