1- Assemblage two safety-relieve


2- Assemblage four needle valves ( 2 on gas line – 1 on oil line – 1 for separator)
3- Startup the generator ( it doesn't work)
4- Prepare sections for welding
5- Taking three fire extinguisher from "sep 720"
6- Taking dragger pump , two fire extinguisher & co2,h2s tubes from "unit 3"
7- ABB technical to solve generator problems

1- Start welding works after repair the generator


2- Prepare lighting system & lab cabin
3- Grease denial box
4- Make static pressure test for Barton
5- Joint connections from denial box to Barton

1- Prepare yard to levee KHALDA arrival


2- Prepare lab and its tools
3- Ready for audit

1- Denial box maintenance


2- Disjoin the oil and water fisher control to ensure of floating presence
3- Open manhole to see oil , water outlet and discovering two floats
4- Barton calibration and find that it doesn't work
5- Make air connections to air compressor
6- Make the generator earth
7- Assemblage Two rubber for both fisher control

2- Entering the separator to check inlet and outlet
3- Arrangement with ENG-GAPER DIST.ENG.MANG ,SAFETY.DEP.MANG AND
APACHE MAN about lab dimensions to avoid change light system

1- Build manhole
2- Set fisher controls
3- Change denial box buckler
4- Grease denial box

13-08-2009

1- Join all separator flanges


2- Weld two data hydra
3- Weld two sample point

14-08-2009

1- Change Barton by new one because of leak at 100 psi


2- Prepare lab accessories

15-08-2009

1- Complete audit
2- Prepare equipments before move

16-08-2009

1- Move to GAD #5
2- Build light system
3- Connect electricity
4- Rid up

17-08-2009

1- Discovering passing in check valve and oil bypass

18-08-2009

1- Change the check valve


2- Change oil bypass
3- Disjoin water 1" meter and found that it hasn't a turbine
4- Divert water flow to 2" meter
5- Pressure test for the unit
6- Start up
