For clarification, the lesson plan was the supportive approach for me in achieving my learning
outcomes in this lesson by allow the students to:
- Recognize number 9.
- Count and write number 9.
Describe (D):
Who is the lesson for? Where did the lesson take place?
This lesson was targeted for KG1 who are from 4 to 5 years old, the lesson has taken place in the
classroom and I introduced it by allowing the students to sit in the circle area, then I separated them into
the three groups to have the independent experience activities and when they finished the activities I
asked them to come in the circle area to conclude the lesson with an enthusiastic activity.
What were you trying to achieve in your lesson? What did the students do?
3
During this lesson I tried to achieve the learning outcomes by teaching students how to recognize
number 9, how to count tell 9 and write the number 9, this approach is supportive in achieving these
goals by providing students an engaging and challenging activities to suits their levels, abilities and to
motivate them by being focused on the activities.
Further, students were involved in the lesson and the activities because when they finished the activity
they came to show me what they did by saying (this is number 9 and we draw nine ladybug), so from this
excitement it shows that students understand the concept of the lesson.
Analyze (A):
Why do you think the students responded the way that they did? How well did your teaching relate to
the students’ prior understanding? How well did you engage the students?
According to student’s response, I can say that they were involved very well and get motivated in the
learning activities when I gave them to write number 9 and draw ladybug with 9 dots because they were
saying that (ms look we draw ladybug with 9 dots), and from that excitement I noticed that they
understood the lesson well.
By going deeply, I did an activity that was related to students prior understanding in the conclusion by
giving students a laminate sheet with markers to draw 9 ladybugs. As I noticed that they were reach the
lesson goals when I saw that they did all the activities correctly.
Appraise (A):
Explain the nature of the experience from the students’ perspective.
In my perspective, this lesson was very attractive and effective because all the students were actually
enjoyed the activities, participating to show me how they are recognized the number 9 very well, for
example, students were walking around the classroom to find number 9. Thus, from these responses of
students I considered that the lesson plan was reached students levels and their understanding.
The number 9 lesson was active and effective because at the end of the lesson I reached my learning
outcomes and students evolved their skills and abilities in several of ways during the learning activities.
As an example, students were circling the groups pictures with consist of 9, make 9 dots on ladybug and
to write number 9, use the playdough to write number 9. So, I can say that most of the students have
met my objectives.

Transform (T):
How might you enhance student learning of this lesson in the future?
By going deeply, In the future I will make more excitement activities which is about physical movements
because most of students prefer to lean by moving and from that they get engaged.
