which is an evident indicator of pain. I reported this to the nurse and was informed to administer a prn order of acetaminophen to the client.

I am a nursing student who has been put into the hospital environment for the first time. The time I have spent at Credit Valley Hospital has allowed to
me to grow as a nurse and has allowed me to learn a variety of skills from my peers, clinical teacher, and the staff that will make me a better nurse. I
have also seen a significant improvement in my initiative compared to second semester clinicals. this placement has allowed me to be exposed to a
variety of clients and has allowed me to serve a variety of their needs. Credit Valley Hospital such as proper documentation, medication
administration, bedside care, inserting catheters, wound care, blood therapy and more. I will carry on to my pre-graduate experience with the valuable
experience I have acquired from this placement.
