Reflection Questions

1. Overall, how challenging did you find these interviews? Explain (in detail) why you did or didn’t
find these interviews challenging.

2. In your cover letter and resume;

c. Why do you think it is important to link attributes and skills that business’s want to your

3. In your interview you would have been asked the question, “What are your strengths?”
(A successful answer included you identifying 2 – 3 personal strengths, you then needed to
elaborate on these strengths and describe how these strengths made you the best person for this
job)
