Chi-Square Test

The document summarizes the results of several statistical tests conducted to analyze data about a company's recruitment process: 1) A chi-square test was conducted to examine the relationship between a candidate's age and which interview processes they participated in. The results showed a significant relationship between these variables. 2) Correlation and contingency coefficient tests showed a significant relationship between a candidate's educational qualifications and whether they met certain specifications in the recruitment process. 3) A one-way ANOVA test found no significant difference in what attracts candidates to join the organization based on the duration of their face-to-face interview.
