JOINT SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, SERGIO D. CASUGA, of legal age,of legal age, married and a resident
of Raniag, Ramon,Isabela and LIZEL B. CASUGA, minor children of SERGIO D.
CASUGA, and a resident of Bgy. Calao, Santiago City, Philippines, do hereby
name, constitute and appoint CLARISSA MADRIAGA GIDO of legal age, married
and a resident of Purok 2, Guiling Rosales, Pangasinan, Philippines to be my true
and lawful Attorney-in-Fact for me and in my name, place and stead, to do any
or all of the following acts, to wit:

1. To file, sign and facilitate the processing of obtaining the RED RIBBON for
our Birth Certificates and the Marriage Contract duly authenticated by the
Philippine Statistic Authority;
2. To RECEIVED AND SIGN in our behalf the documents with RED RIBBON
(authentication) from the Department of Foreign Affairs and or other
appropriate agency of the national government;
3. To TENDER PAYMENTS for the above stated powers, as maybe required
by the offices concerned;
NG unto my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power and authority to do and
perform all and every act and deed whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done
in and about the premises, as fully as to all intents and purposes as I may or
could lawfully do if personally present with all the power of substitution and
revocation and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my ATTORNEY-
IN-FACT or his/her substitute can lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
thereof.
