YouTube Videos to Android using TubeMate YouTube
Downloader
Department/Un This SOP is written for the android user in using TubeMate
it YouTube Downloader.
Purpose The purpose of this SOP is to tutor YouTube viewers to
watch videos offline without having to incur extra cost or
the need to be in range of a Wi-Fi.

Reference m.tubemate.net and Android Free Ware

Procedure Download Apps Installation
1- Use browser and go to webpage m.tubemate.net.
2- Select Android Free ware and search for TubeMate.
3- Tap the ‘install app’ button to download TubeMate app.
4- Go to setting system on phone, select the enable option under
‘Security’ to allow installation from unknown sources.
5- Tap the ‘OK’ button.

6- Search the downloaded apk file and tap the labelled button to
install.
7- Scan for malware before installation. This is done using Lookout

8- Select either ‘Always’ or ‘Just once’ at the ‘Complete action
using’ prompt of the security app.
YouTube Videos Download Procedure
9- Open TubeMate app.
10- Tap the grid option next to a magnifying glass view YouTube
Favourites, Playlists, Subscriptions and more.
11- Tap the green down-arrow to download desired video.
12- Select the desired download option, of various video resolutions
or download as MP3 such as:
 1280 x 720 (high end devices only),
o 640x360, 320x240, 176v144, 854x480 (FLV
player required),
o 640 x 360 (FLV player required),
o Download as MP3.
