(1) Style of language
You write with the same language as you speak, i. e. your letter is like a conversation
with your friend, using contractions, questions, rhetorical questions, interjections,
colloquialisms, question tags and discourse makers of all kinds (e.g. "I mean", "would
you believe it?", "Anyway").

(2)Conventional expressions
