Application Process
Application forms will be available in the online format on our website www.christuniversity.in
from February 15, 2010 onwards.

Kindly note that only ONE application form will be accepted for each candidate. The
Application and Selection Process for BBM, BBA and BBA (credit transfer programme) is
the same. Candidates need not apply separately for each course/preference.

For Indian Nationals who do not fall under the above mentioned category must follow the
following steps to process and access the online application form:

To fill in the application form, you must have:

I. A copy of the remitted SBI Application Fee Challan of Rs 750/- (Non- refundable) from any
Core Banking Branch of State Bank of India

II. A valid email ID for further communication

III. Copy of statement of marks and certificates of Class 10, Class 11/12 (Available)

IV. Scanned copy of photo, TC, marks statement mentioned above in point III

1. To access application forms log into the programmes link of our website and click on the
programme of your choice.

2. Click on the "Application Form" link available on the right hand side of the same page under
the "Downloads". Click again on the link " Online Application Form".

3. Enter the Program Type, Program and First Preference of the Course and click “Continue" to
access the Application Fee Guideline page.

4. If the application fee has not been remitted, print the application fee challan from the link
given on online application page. If the application fee has been remitted, click "Yes" and
"Accept".Read through the Application and Admission Terms and Conditions and if you agree,
Click "Accept" again.

5. Enter the, SBI Application Fee Challan Reference Number, Journal Number and Date of
Transaction with Branch Code and other details on page one of the online Application Form.
Once the above information is entered you will be led to the next page.

6. Fill-in all applicable fields in the Online Application Form after which Click "Submit"

7. On clicking Submit, a viewable and editable page will appear on screen. Incase you need to
make any corrections; you may edit the data and then click “Confirm Submission”.

8. After submitting, You will receive the Application Number and your date of birth with the
option to print your application form.

9. Kindly print and sign the application after filling in further details on the printed application
form. Candidates need to send the following supporting documents in an A4 size Envelope
ONLY to:

I. One Copy of the SBI Application Fee paid Challan.

II. 2 passport size (3.5 cm width. x 4.5 cm length ) and 2 Stamp Size photographs. (Write your
name and application number behind the photographs)

III. The filled-in printed application form duly signed by the parent/guardian and the candidate

IV. Copy of Statement of marks of Class 10, Class 11/12 (Whichever is Available)

V. Copy of Transfer Certificates from last qualified Institution (if Available)

VI. Copy of Migration Certificates for candidates from outside of Karnataka (If available)

VIII. Copy Passport and Visa Page (If available) if from Outside India

10. Office of Admissions will update E- Admit card for the Selection Process only after
receiving the printed application form with supporting documents.

The application and supporting documents should reach the Office of Admissions within 7 days
of submitting the application online.

Candidates must mark ‘BBM_BBA - Admissions 2010 - <Application Number>’ on the top
left hand corner of the A4 size envelope for faster processing of application form.

Note: Applications with supporting documents specified must be submitted in A4 size

envelope only.

1.On processing the application, an E-admit card will be uploaded for the entrance test to be held on April 25,
2010 at the above centres. The Centre allotment is based on the candidates preference on the application form and
cancel, combine
further change will not be entertained. However, Christ University reserves the right to
or change the test centre, depending on the number of candidates in specific centres.

2.Candidates can access the E-Admit card from the Christ University website at the link "Current Status of Online
application" by typing his/her application number and date of birth.

3. You will not be allowed to appear for the Selection Process without the E-Admit Card

4. Candidates must report for the selection process at the allotted date and atleast 30 minutes prior to the time
stipulated in the E-Admit Card

5. Those candidates not reaching the venue at the allotted date and time will not be permitted to take part in the
selection process and the application fee is Non Refundable, in any case
6. The candidates are requested to start early to avoid traffic congestions

7. Request for change in Selection Process dates and change in Centre will not be entertained

8. Cellular phone, Satellite phone, pager. etc., are not allowed into the Selection Process Venue, in any case

9. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the Selection Process of Christ University at any Centre

10. The responsibility of satisfying the eligibility criteria for Admission rests with the student/candidate. Issue of
the E-Admit Card for the selection process does not imply that the eligibility criteria are satisfied

Eligibility
A pass in PUC (10+2) or equivalent is the minimum eligibility for admission.

other than the fee mentioned above.

• If the Application is incomplete or incorrect, University Management has the

right to reject it.

• Kindly do not send any original marks cards.

• The institution is not responsible for any application reaching after the
stipulated date /time and such applications will not be processed.

• Be aware that ignorance of the guidelines are not an excuse.

1. NRI fee is applicable for first year for Indian National Category candidates who

1.1. Have not studied continuously for the last 7 years in India and/or

1.2. Have studied Foreign Syllabus for the qualifying examination of study in India .

The above condition is not applicable to NRI and candidates applied under NRI Category.

2. NRI fee is applicable for the full duration of the programme for Indian National Category
candidates who

2.1. Have pursued and completed their last qualifying exam from Outside India.

2.2. Are NRI and Candidates who have applied under NRI Category.

REGARDING THE HOSTEL FACILITY:

THERE ARE A NUMBER OF P.G NEAR THE COLLEGE. THERE ARE FLATS
AVAILABLE AS WELL. FROM COLLEGE THE HOSTEL FACILITY CAN BE
GENERATED BUT ITS NOT CONFIRMED.
