Product Description Epocem Ferrogard 110 is a Epoxy-Cement based Epoxy base
three- component, corrosion inhibitor coating and bonding agent.

Uses Epocem Ferrogard 110 is used for protecting exposed surface
against corrosion, especially for:
-- Reinforced bars
-- Exposed dowels
-- Industrial chimneys
-- Metal railings
-- Exposed metal shades
-- Potable water tanks, Sewage tanks
-- Reinforced concrete surfaces.
-- Exposed steel pipes & any other exposed steel surfaces
-- Use as a bonding agent new to old concrete/steel or mortar

Application Details

Mixing Stir component A and B thoroughly before pouring into a clean
mixing container. Add component C (powder) slowly while
mixing continuously. Use low speed electric mixers (max.500
rpm) for 3 minutes avoiding entrapment of air. By adding the
powder in portions, the desired application consistency can be
obtained.

Application After mixing the Epocem Ferrogard 110 thoroughly in the
specified proportion, apply the wet mixture on the cleaned
surface by brush or roller. For effective protection against
corrosion, apply the product in at least two coats.
Do not use Less than 1Kg/m² as a bonding agent

Curing Allow the applied product to cure in air.

Cleaning Application and mixing tools should be cleaned with water while
material is still fresh. Hardened material can only be removed
mechanically.

Precautions 1.Accidental splashes to the skin must be washed off with
water and soap.
2. Accidental splashes to the eyes must be rinsed with clean
water. Seek medical attention without delay.
