Deed of Assignment and Transfer of Rights

This document is a Deed of Assignment with Waiver of Rights transferring ownership of a property from a first party to a second party. DEED OF ASSIGNMENT WITH WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ASSIGNMENT, is made and executed in the

PARTY

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is the owner of that parcel of land together

XXXXXXXXXX, Cavite, hereinafter called the “PROPERTY”, which is more particularly
described as follows:

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY hereby waives all her rights and interests over the
said property in favor of the SECOND PARTY;

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY hereby assigns, conveys and transfers the property
in favor of the SECOND PARTY, his heirs, assignees and transferees;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above premises, the FIRST
PARTY hereby assigns, transfers and conveys the PROPERTY in favor of the SECOND
PARTY.

The FIRST PARTY do hereby warrant valid title to, and peaceful possession of
what she had assigned, transferred and conveyed to the SECOND PARTY, and further
declare that the same is free and clear of all liens and encumbrances of any kind whatsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereto have hereunto caused these
present to be signed at the place first above written, on this __________ day of _______,
