Ladies/Gentlemen:

We, the undersigned, offer to provide the consulting services for: Preparation
of Planning and Building Bye laws In Simta Gaupalika, in accordance with your Request for
Proposal dated 2075/02/03 and our Proposal (Technical and Financial Proposals). Our attached
Financial Proposal is for the sum of NRs 7,00,000.00 (In words NRs Seven Lakhs only. This
amount is inclusive of local taxes Except Value Added Tax (VAT), which we have estimated at
NRs 91000.00 (In words Ninety one Thousand only).

Our financial Proposal Shall be binding upon us subject to the modifications resulting from
contract negotiations, up to expiration of the validity period of the proposal i.e. 60 days after the
last date of submission of Proposal.

We understand you are not bound to accept any Proposal you receive.
