Proposal Title: Smoke Detector

Introduction

A smoke detector is a tool that detects smoke, typically as an indicator of fire. In a


commercial environment, the smoke detector should be connected to a fire control
panel that will send an alert to an emergency monitoring system. In a home, smoke
detector also called smoke alarm, it usually gives an audible beep or alarm when smoke
is detected. Smoke can be detected either optically (photoelectric) or by physical
process (ionization), detectors may use either or both methods.

Objective

1. Promote awareness to consumers to use fire detection products in their


everyday life.
2. Create innovative fire detection products to ensure safety of consumers.
3. Provide excellent services to consumers and ensure 100% customer
satisfaction in Malaysia.
Key to Success

1. Accuracy Level Monitor Auto Intelligent Control - We provide users to know


the smoke concentration according to 5 levels. Our app can tell the exact
location to users about which place start to happen the fire. Users can set 3 to
5 emergency contact persons in our app. The 5 levels of smoke will analysis
according below:

Level 1: Detect 1% - 20% normal smoke such as cigarette smoke and kitchen
smoke. It will send alert notification to user through SMS and app. Level 2:
Detect 21%- 40% small smoke such as water boiled away and pan was burned.
It will send alert notification to user through alarm, phone call and SMS. Level
3: Detect 41%- 60% medium smoke such as burning fire through electrical
appliances or others. Level 4 detect 61%- 80% while level 5 detect 81%- 100%
large smoke and fire. When detect smoke up to level 3, it will send notification
through alarm to user, both phone call and SMS to user and emergency contact
person at the same time. Our app will suggest user to call Fire and Rescue
Department immediately to save their house when detect smoke up to level 3.
Additionally, we had register the copyright for our app so our company are the
only one who has specific right to use this app and provide to users.

2. Stainless Steel Materials - We use ferritic grade 446 stainless steel materials to
make our smoke detector because it is a non-heat treatable stainless steel that
provides strong flame retardancy and high temperature resistance. This cause
effective heat insulation to protect internal components in smoke detector. It
can be performed at temperatures up to 1100 °C, so it can provide long time
extension than normal smoke detector in the market. This can inform users on
time and let their emergency contact person receives notification from the
smoke detector. This can let the smoke detector operates stable and effective
because it is not affect by high temperature environment.
3. Multi- Function - We provide the products not only function as a smart smoke
detector and also a combination of smart camera. Our camera is using infrared
technology to achieve night vision capabilities. Users can set the day and time
to on or off the infrared light through our app. This can able to record video
when detect infrared energy of object during the time. Our camera also uses
motion detection technology, users can set day and time they want through our
app. When it detects motion at this time, the alarm of the smoke detector will
ring. At the same time, it will direct capture picture and record video and then
send notification to user through app, alarm and SMS. This can let the user
know on time when the thief broke into their house.

Financial Objective

Perfect Technology Company has established three objectives it desires to achieve in


the next three years:

1. Create awareness and acceptance level among public.


2. Complete Phase 1 in 2020 and achieve sales around 43,200 unit product.
3. Maintain gross margin of 40 % in 2020.
4. Promote and export products to the world.
