Delivery Outline:

Suez have recently deployed IBM Cognos Analytics 11.0.9 within their environment. There are a number
of users who will be developing and operating Cognos Analytics and will require relevant training and
enablement to ensure they have a clear understanding of this new environment and operation practices.

Scope

A. Cognos Analytics Overview Instructor Led Workshop

The workshops should provide the delivery of general Cognos Analytics Workshops to provide an
overview of the Cognos Analytics interface and walkthrough demonstrations of common BI activities
while providing an environment to allow users to interact with Cognos Analytics with instructor
supervision. These would be short tactical workshops to outline activities using the Cognos Analytics
UI rather than education of reporting operations. (It is expected that attendees would have a strong
understanding of Cognos BI, and as such would only need enablement on the new Cognos Analytics
UI)
