Technology has significantly influenced our lives both positively and negatively. Positively, technology allows for fast access to large amounts of information on almost any subject and easy contact with people anywhere in the world. It also enables learning at the speed of business and multifunction multitasking. However, overuse of technology like the internet can lead to negative effects like loneliness, addiction, stress and increased electronic waste.
