My cordial greetings to the people, balikbayans and officials of


Barangay Manga, Aringay, La Union, on the celebration of your Barangay
Fiesta 2017.

Your festivity will surely bind you all to oneness and camaraderie.
This event is also an opportunity to reaffirm your faith, and celebrate the
unity that hold your people together amidst the challenges of the times.
May you take this occasion to give thanks to the Almighty for the graces
He bestowed upon you and, at the same time, renew your solidarity
towards the revitalization of your community. May you continue to
galvanize the contributions of Barangay Manga toward the sustained
socio-economic resurgence of your community, your town, our district
and our province as a whole, and always stoke the fire of hope and the
spirit of Bayanihan in your hearts, as together we bring our community
closer to the bright tomorrow we aspire for.

Let us cultivate the revived tradition of integrity in our endeavors


and let this vibrant era of change be the foundation upon which we will
fulfill the great potential of our citizenry.
