I, Dhananjay Pathare , student of Final Year Chemical Engineering, Roll no. 26
wish to undergo semester long internship with the Deepak Fertilizers, Taloja between
the period of 15th July-18 to 30th November-18. I would like to make a statement that I
will be responsible for the risks involved in the above training. I shall not indulge myself
in any act of indiscipline in any form and I shall accept the punishment, awarded by the
concerned authority in this regard.
I further undertake that in case of any complaint of misbehavior, disobedience,
violation of the rules and/or any act of indiscipline, punishment imposed by the
authorities will be acceptable to me.
