Terms & Conditions:

1. Application along with copies of domicile certificate, CNIC, recent photograph, certificates/ degrees and
experience certificate duly attested by a gazetted officer should reach to the address mentioned below
within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement.
2. Incomplete applications and those received after the due date shall not be entertained.
3. Candidates applying for more than one position shall submit separate application.
4. Monthly fixed salary as per PSDP Pay package will be paid.
5. Recruitments shall be made from Tribal districts/KP. However, in case of equal merit preference will be
given to the candidates of Tribal District/Locals.
6. Appointment will be made for a period of one year purely on (fixed pay) and on contract basis, further
extendable on satisfactory performance and availability of funds.
7. The competent Authority has the right to Increase/Decrease number of vacancies or cancel all or any of
the post.
8. Candidates will be short listed according to the project policy criteria.
9. The candidates applying from Government / semi government department / organizations are required
to apply through proper channel.
10. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
11. The appointee shall be considered as project employee & contract shall be terminated any time & will
confer no right of regular status.
12. Experience shall be considered from Govt. /Semi Govt. Institutes only (Pay slip must be attached).
13. Candidates securing less than 40% marks in interview shall be considered as failed.
14. No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in test/interview.
