AQUATREAT 415 is a liquid microbiocide developed for controlling bacteria in industrial cooling water systems. DESCRIPTION

- AQUATREAT 415 is a liquid broad-spectrum microbiocide, especially developed for


bacteriological control of industrial cooling-water systems.
- AQUATREAT 415 contains a mixture of isothiazolines.
- AQUATREAT 415 is, due to its particular composition, active at pH-value of 4 to 12.
- AQUATREAT 415 is a non-oxidising biocide and is also not corrosive on materials.

Appearance : clear liquid with weak odour


pH : 2,0 – 5,0
Density : 1,03 ± 0,02
Solubility in water : infinite

DOSAGE AND CONTROL

The dosage-rate of AQUATREAT 415 depends on different parameters, such as the microbiological
contamination, temperature, present nutrition’s, substances and the desired results. AQUATREAT
415 will be dosed normally at a rate of 50 to 100 ppm, calculated on the volume. AQUATREAT
415 is dosed continuously or discontinuously, depending on the cause of the bacteriological
contamination. The result will be evaluated by bacteriological counts. AQUATREAT 415 will be
fed as such.

PACKAGING

Polyethylene drums of 22 or 220 litres, containers of 1000 litres.

HANDLING

AQUATREAT 415 is a corrosive product, which causes irritation of the skin. Swallowing can
cause poisoning. In case of contact, flush with plenty of water. For additional information, please
