APPLICATION FOR RELEASE ON RECOGNIZANCE

The undersigned accused, AKU SADO, hereby applies


for release on recognizance pursuant to section 7,
Presidential Decree No. 968, as amended and declares:

1. That he filed an application for probation on


December 17, 2013 to this Honorable Court;

2. That he is presently confined at the Makati


City jail for theft and failed to post the required
bail bond;

3. MABA IT, a responsible member of the


Community and a resident of 1122 F. Zobel
St., Makati City is willing to accept the custody
of the undersigned accused and guarantee his
appearance whenever told to do so by the
Court or the Probation Administration.
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, defendant most
respectfully prays that his cash bail bond be released.

Other just and equitable reliefs are likewise prayed for.
