Monitoring and inspection of ongoing projects are one of the main duty and responsibility of monitoring unit.

Based on Monitoring unit work plan and with coordination of management Monitoring Engineers supposed to
visit Regions. Collecting data from projects to provide the Management with reliable information on report basis
concerning the performance, achievements, capacity, financial status and quality of sub project works.

1. Collecting Data from projects


2. Creating Reports at office and send it to Head of Section.
3. Head of section send that report to Head of PIU, Construction Manager, and Region for solving
problems.
