screening and administration of technical examinations for applicants for employment and other
policies pertaining to Pre-employment test will serve as an update to certain policies and provisions
under the Merit Selection Plan which are no longer applicable or practicable. The new standardized
COA-PET will no longer apply the allocation of percentages for preliminary interview and
entrance examination and the passing score of 75 in the written test making the process easy and
simple.
